Came in last minute to grab an ice cream cake, and there were tons of options, great customer service, and quick checkout. I will definitely be back, especially since I was given coupons!

They are my go to spot for my birthday cake! Never fails, and tastes amazing! My hubby pre-ordered my cake online and picked it up. There are many designs to choose from! It was a giant cupcake. I absolutely loved it. Thanks to this location for making it such an easy experience. Definitely recommend this location, they are so nice!

My dad used to take me to Rite Aid when I was a kid and he'd always order Pralines n Cream...I'd order mint and chip and rocky roadRite Aid and CVS still do they're sugar cone fair...But when we come to Baskin's it's Pint CityI get my Peanut Butter n Chocolate PintMy mint and chip pintAnd yes... I have a caramel sweet tooth now so I gotta grab the Pralines n Cream...Usually go through all three ...in a couple weeks between my wife and I.... Its mostly me doing the real damage... and we have temporary supply issues...Yea we have arguments about it...Cause I infiltrate the cargo under her watch ...And then .. poof it's here one day and gone the next... She didn't even get to try the Pralines n Cream...What's wrong with me...!Commando style baby... under the cover of night...I was on a mission ... mk ultra... so it's not really me in control...Face paint works but it's probably the fudge all over my face that provides that deep cover!No Arnold body though ...GET TO DA CHOPPA...YOU GIRLY MAN!!!Don't bother me ... I'm melting ice cream right about nowBabe... I'll get you the Strawberry next time...I promise

I don't know what it is. If the employees think giving customers a regular size scoop is going to come out of their checks. I got 3 different ice cream creations and all of them were short on ice cream. I have been to other Baskin Robbins and ordered the same thing i ordered here and you can tell right away that it was half of the ice cream other places give. I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and i got one scoop with the 2 flavors. They also served the 2 scoops in the container for the one scoop orders. Clealry someone thinks they will go bankrupt for serving what the customer is paying for. I say go anywhere else for ice cream. There are many other options and better ones on Figueroa if you are looking for something sweet. After this experience i know i won't be returning.
I didn't realize this place didn't open until 11AM when I arrived at 10:30AM. Even worse, I made the mistake of ordering my custom cake for noon pick up time. The guy working here on 9/24 opened the doors slightly early for me and immediately assisted me. Even though my order wasn't ready because I showed up way too early, he immediately started working on it and got it to me in less than 10 minutes. Also, it looked great and reminded me of the photo cakes I had as a kid in the 90s. The churro flavor is very sweet but good. Great experience overall.

Baskin and Robins is a great ice cream place. Ice cream's great, has employees, and customers coming in every once in a while. One day I had forgot my wallet hoping I could afford even one cone with one scoop. I counted my money and didn't know until after I could afford a cone. The employee had became a favorite since he refused to take all of my change. It was enough but I didn't know. He gave me the cone for free. I didn't get his name but I know to remember this day and that person. More people like him will make the world a better place. I am really grateful and hope to come back soon.

I will never come back here again. I will go to south Pasadena. I use to come here about every day, today will be my last. I received a gift for my birthday but the owner refused to give me my ice cream on a cone. If I got a cone I had to pay 20cents. This place will change for 2 scoop ice cream for $9.58 in south Pasadena 2 scoop ice cream is $7.78
