Enchiladas sauce was too acidic. The service was exceptional, and the inside dining area was way too hot, in my opinion.

What a gem! A no frills mom and pop restaurant. While some may think their menu is not extensive, their food truly encompasses the soul of Mexico. My partner and I came for only the breakfast items, but if what we had was amazing I can only imagine lunch and dinner items. The cafe de olla is top notch here. I could not stop drinking it! The staff were so kind and service was quick. Will have to come back to try the other items here!

This is a great restaurant for Mexican dishes. It’s so small but they offer so much variety. I’d give it a 4.5 so I rounded up to 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back.The portions were good but could have used a tad bit more rice and beans on my combination plate. I do wish they put more cheese on top of the beans. But the beans were excellent and better than most other places I’ve been to.The hard shell beef tacos were probably the best ones I’ve had and I may just get two of those next time since they were excellent. The chicken enchilada was also good and you can tell the chicken was fresh. I do wish it came with a bit more green sauce.The salsa and chips were a good appetizer and I’m glad this is included.There is a small parking lot next door. There is one bathroom outside but it’s clean and well maintained.

So I haven't reviewed Chicos mostly because I'd like to keep them to myself, but they should get their flowers. I will be real and say in the million times I have been here, I get the same thing - a chile relleno plate. The chile relleno is perfect. No notes. The chile is cooked well, cheese is melty, egg batter is perfect, sauce is great. It's just stunning. They also have the best beans I've ever had. Not an exaggeration, the best beans I have ever had. Idk how much lard they're putting in here but damn it pays off.

I came here over a year ago and the food was great... I happened to be working close by so I figured I'll go back... same great food but he made up the price... 14 bucks for menudo 3 75 per taco [4] and a burrito asada with 2 drinks the total was 43 dollars the next time same order no drinks was 55 dollars... both I think I paid to much for the food never again sorry lost a good customer

This place is delicious. Everything was so flavorful. The chicken in the fajitas was nicely marinated. The beans were my favorite item. We didn't care for the tamale as much, it was cool and the only thing that lacked flavor. Queso fundido was sooo good, but also dangerous- I really shouldn't be eating a whole plate of cheese. Definitely recommend!
Food is authentically delicious, ordered the caldo de pezcado and chilli relleno both were very good. So yummy

We had a good meal with great service just now. The avocado salad has a super generous amount of avocado. My husband enjoyed beef tacos. And I also had an extremely reasonably priced cheese quesadilla with guacamole included. I also enjoyed the wine margaritas. ?

I used to go to Chico's often when I worked nearby, so returning after many years, I was amazed to see it hadn't changed. It is still absolutely fabulous!!! The food is astoundingly good. Everything is amazing. If you want really great Mexican food, this is the place!!!!
