You shouldn't have timers if your late night employees are going to make people park before the window so they can avoid it. Or you should discipline employees, either one.

Lady with glasses that work in drive thru is polite . The other crew members including the manager with the glasses always wearing a gray sweater is also rude always give attitude with poor customer service and management. Not to mention they have not fix a big hole in the entrance of one of their driveway . I took a picture of it and will also report it to better business bureau and the department of inspection . You can easily damage your car with that whole and if I do I will hold them accountable.

Terrible service at Jack in the Box. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can stand at the counter for 10 minutes, and no one will bother to approach or ask if you need help. Complete disregard for customers. Very disappointed, I won’t be coming back

This location is awful!! Long wait times, wrong orders, missing items, stale fries, watery milkshakes; you get a little bit of everything here. Oh, and should you complain about any of this, you'll catch attitude from the manager on shift. Eat somewhere else!!

my family and I stopped and purchased some food last night around 9:30 PM. We normally always get Jack-in-the-Box except we don’t come down to Highland Park.
We ordered our usual things that we like. But unfortunately, the food quality was horrible. First they couldn’t get our order right and they kept trying to cut us off and get us to go pay when I wasn’t even done ordering.
when we received our food and we pulled over to eat some of it. The bag was drenching in oil. The four tacos were drenched in oil and still extremely soggy. Not even an ounce of crunch on them. The jumbo jack that we ordered looked sad as hell . One leaf of lettuce and a pound of onions. No tomato and completely dry.
I don’t know who they had cooking but here or she needs to be retrained properly on how to handle food and cooking times. I’m the type of person that goes back. I don’t care how far I am I will make you fix it. But I had my wife and the kids and my wife is non-confrontational and convinced me to just let it go. But we spent $29.
The only thing that came out somewhat good were the eggrolls. Everything else was trash. We tried to eat what we could salvage and discarded the rest. I regret not going back to make them fix it or return my money. And it sucks because we really like Jack-in-the-Box out of most of the fast food places. They really drop the ball at this location.

Go to Self Service, the staff was very attentive and the breakfast delivery was fast and the food was delicious. I stopped by at 6:15 am and they were ready.
