Great food and service. We ordered the ribeye steak sandwich on rye, new York steak and the tacos and everything was fantastic. The butter cake did not disappoint either. The salad was very unique with fruits and a nice white vinegar sauce. Highly recommend.
Drove all the way from OC. Very good food. Service was kind of slow. But all was good. No rush. Hidden Gem
Let’s start off with appetizers or should I say shareable. The lollipops were to die for. They were cooked two perfect perfection and the flavor was amazing. I had the prime rib and the green beans were the best green beans I’ve ever had. My wife had the New York steak and it was cooked to perfection. The broccoli was cooked amazingly. The service was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about this. I would definitely go back time and time again
An amazing culinary experience right here in Highland California.
This was out first of many visits to come. Everything was beyond our expectations.
The restaurant is located inside the hotel. The food is very well served, with generous portions and great taste. However, be prepared for a long wait, especially during peak hours.
The food was excellent. Our server Paul, was AMAZING! Best, kindest, most attentive service ever!
The music across the Bistro, at the lounge with Anthony Alexander was soooo good!
Now on the way to Maxwell concert🥰
No rating for atmosphere because we ordered room service. My sister ordered asparagus instead of green beans with her steak and I ordered broccolini, which was on the menu, I even asked if they had broccolini so they would not substitute it for anything else, but when we got our food we both got asparagus. I was disappointed but I did not want to wait any longer to get broccolini so I just ate the asparagus. It wasn't bad, but I would have preferred the broccolini with my lamb. So, only 4 stars for service.
In hindsight, I should have just asked for a free side of broccolini and shared the asparagus with my sister.
Also, next time, I'll check the food before the waiter leaves.
I don't know how much it was, my sister got the bill.

The oatmeal was not tasty but the presentation was cool. The fruit was fresh. The ambiance was okay. But the server was amazing and the host was hosting.

The woman running the bar / lounge area that served us was just the nicest person. We got little branded water bottles and everything.

My husband and I finally got a chance to experience this hidden gem! The drinks were top notch (thanks to Don's expertise in mixology) and the food was amazing! My husband said it was the best lamb dish he's ever had. Juliet helped us in the dining room and she was superb. All the staff was fun and personable. Andrew came over to check on us and tell us more about Bear Springs too. You can tell they all take great pride in the hospitality of their clients. It was our anniversary and they made us feel valued and we had one of the best meals ever! Thank you Helen, Don, Juliet, Andrew and Paul!
