Staff can’t decide what the business hours are. No one working there can get the story straight if closing time is at 9PM or 8:30 and no one knows what to tell customers if they get asked if the change was recent or if they actually know what the actual times are. Either close at your posted times or change your posted times.

Don’t eat here.
My boyfriend and I got frozen yogurt there last night. The topping tasted old and bad, most of the cherries were browning and going bad. The yogurt also didn’t taste right but there weren’t any sample cups (bf got most of the flavors they all tasted bad..chocolate was a bit strange but I thought the tart was normal?). He was smart and stopped eating it but because of the cost for the small cup I stupidly decided to finish most of it
even though the flavors didn’t seem right.
This morning I have (sorry if tmi) diarrhea and am extremely nauseous. I wish I saw the other reviews before going there and stopped eating it🥲

We went for the first time today and were disappointed:///. I got chocolate and tart and the chocolate tasted kinda spoiled. A lot of the toppings were also very old (walnuts, M&Ms, cheesecake, strawberry and egg gummies). They also look like they don’t get changed out often. I gave it two starts because the girl who checked us out was kind and smiley :)).

This place was amazing when it was brainfreeze. They lack flavor options, no fruit. Majority of the machines are off. I’ve been going this last month trying it out as it’s much closer to home than the shops in Redlands. Seems the owner is tight with their money. And a bit pricey.

Smoothie very artificial, too sweet and grainy. Many machines out of order. Cute interior. Clean bathroom

Got here at 7:53pm. Sign says open. Door is not locked. We walk in and worker said sorry guys, we are closed. We looked up the time to see what time it closes, it says 8pm. If your business says it closes at 8, we should've been able to buy something. If it would've Said it closes at 7:50, ok we apologize and we can come another day. We suggest other customers to go elsewhere. Not worth our time/business

I ordered a taro smoothie and it was nasty. It was so watery and not sweet at all. They also took forever to make it. I do not recommend this place and especially not the taro smoothie.

The aloe topping for the tea upset my stomach and something in the tea tasted very carbonated. I got the strawberry green tea. Didn't taste like tea at all. Unfortunately didn't enjoy :( costumer service was good though!
