Served us a full sugar rootbeer when we ordered a diet rootbeer. When we asked for it to be fixed they said that they don't serve diet rootbeer, despite the app letting us order it and the ticket on the bag clearly saying diet. I don't know why they didn't just tell us they didn't have it and offer to pour a diet coke instead.
We ordered and paid for a frozen drink via the app and found out at the pickup window that they don't even have a frozen drink machine. Our sandwich customizations were ignored (just asked for no veggies, nothing crazy).
They also have an AI taking orders at the speaker 💀 Safe to say we will never. ever. be returning to this location.

I know the saying you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous.

Had a coupon and the burgers didn't even have the bacon in them. Not to mention they didn't look anything like in the coupon - this is false advertising. And maybe I'll go see a lawyer about this.

The people at widow an crash register do such a wonderful job working hard taking orders, I'm so proud of them!!!!

They if ever get a rude customer don't worry time will catch up to them

Same for the mangers please respect your workers they always work hard there's no time for rudeness disrespectful things, unappreciative customers already do that.

P.s the workers are fantastically great super proud of them.

Customer service here sucks. Must be the manager who sets the tone. No greeting at drive thru. Guy sounded pissed off at the world. Drive up to window. They all looked like they hated life. No thanks after Ingot my order.

Ordered through the drive through then brought the order home - missing chocolate sauce for churros, bbq sauce for nuggets, 2 sides of fries instead of 1 order of onion rings!!!

First. Never order thru the kiosk. I did. Ordered several meals. Spent 50 bucks to be told they're out of three of the products I ordered. No note saying they're out before I ordered. I don't recommend this Burger King. Not to mention, the lead or manager was rude.

I am compelled to express my strong dissatisfaction and revulsion at the egregious lapse in hygiene protocols at Burger King, where employees consistently neglect to wash their hands or wear gloves, a situation that has led to my regrettable hospitalization with food poisoning, an outcome that is both disturbing and inexcusable.
