The food and service sucks everyone was very rude to me and my family and when my mom order the food she ask to make the fries with no salt and when we got it the fries had salt on them and also we didn't even get no sauce for our food which is rude so this place sucks 👎

Haven't had Burger King in years. Decided to drop by and check them out. Service was friendly and helpful. Young lady was working hard and saved us some money 💰 by letting us know they had a promo. So we save like 10 bucks. The whopper was ok. The jalapeño poppers were good. Fries were good. Chicken sandwich was meh. Overall an ok spot.

Worst Burger King ive ever been to and to top that off with the worst service of any place I’ve ever been to, oh and it gets better while returning my food for the 2nd time (kept getting my order wrong) I walk into them harassing this poor teenage girl by pounding, no beating the bathroom door like lunatics I asked them WTH were they doing thinking sum1s child was locked in there or something turns out because a customer was in the restroom longer than 20 minutes they must be doing something illegal!?!?!? THESE TRASHY WORKERS BLOW MY MIND AND NEED SOME TRAINING ! if that girl happens to see this post please dm me and I’ll help you fill out the proper police report i have most of it documented btw;)

About 77% of the time bathrooms are available to both customers and homeless and they never turn away a thirsty person. One lady should consider that her job is paid so a moment here and there some may leave a mess because there are no showers around and no towels in that bathroom including no garbage cans so where do they leave their leftover uncleanness but she still jnlcks the door just needs you to look on her eye.

Served us a full sugar rootbeer when we ordered a diet rootbeer. When we asked for it to be fixed they said that they don't serve diet rootbeer, despite the app letting us order it and the ticket on the bag clearly saying diet. I don't know why they didn't just tell us they didn't have it and offer to pour a diet coke instead. We ordered and paid for a frozen drink via the app and found out at the pickup window that they don't even have a frozen drink machine. Our sandwich customizations were ignored (just asked for no veggies, nothing crazy). They also have an AI taking orders at the speaker 💀 Safe to say we will never. ever. be returning to this location.
I know the saying you get what you pay for but this is ridiculous.
Had a coupon and the burgers didn't even have the bacon in them. Not to mention they didn't look anything like in the coupon - this is false advertising. And maybe I'll go see a lawyer about this.

They if ever get a rude customer don't worry time will catch up to them
Same for the mangers please respect your workers they always work hard there's no time for rudeness disrespectful things, unappreciative customers already do that.
