Where do I start, well I went around 9pm ordered from the AI drive through then got to the windows and waited for about minutes to pay, nobody came to the window to accept payment instead they were on there phones leaning over the counter to the lobby. There also was a car in front of me that drove away before this. Bad service to top it with the Ai avoid this store. Carls Jr is a good brand and for them to stage in hours coop to not serve customers is crazy no wonder they're losing money.

I ordered a burger and a basic spicy chicken sandwich. The guy in the kitchen took SO LONG building my burger that I had to leave without the burger. I’m not sure he was even awake. I sure hope that the employees enjoyed the burger that I bought them.

Since when do they charge for extra sauce?? Also the drive thru guy seemed like he didn't want to work at all and was dry with his attitude. I didn't catch the girls name but she was way nicer and friendly.
