They forgot to send a server we waited a long time!! They are horrible at asking if we need anything, oh but they are quick to pickup plates as if they are saying hurry and get out! Took forever to get our table ketchup it was not as busy so I don’t understand what was the issue.

I usually come at night but never on a Monday night and I asked for a super slam to go and the eggs was burnt to a point that it was uneditable and the potatoes was undercooked and pancake was a little tough, the cookes were to busy talking and laughing at the back this was my first bad meal but never again coming on a Monday night with cooks that wants to talk and goof around just to rush a meal, should had took better photos, these are so called scrambled eggs with rubber texture and burnt edges
I came by myself the lady at counter said bar was dirty. Obviously been that way awhile. They didn't bother to clean it. I was going to be late for work.

Good experience using the app , use the coupons. I get the family meal deal for a breakfast for 4 . Eggs ,pancakes ,hash browns, and bacon under $40. Everything was packaged well and all utensils and sauces that I asked for were included.

Dennys is always good for breakfast, I just wish coffee would be included with your meal. Haven't had lunch or dinner there yet.
I went with my brother and dad thy got there food that was cold but at least they got it I did not get my food. We tried to get Alexa's (our server) attention we were Ignore We also signaled the manager who also ignored us. I did hear someone sa Alexa "your plates are still at the window". Never got an apology from anyone just Rude comments. Never again will I go there again.

Terrible service at this place! They look at the people standing and don't sit them down, much less write them down on the list... it takes a long time until they feel like asking... the waitresses just look at each other and the waitress just walks terribly... what a horrible place 👎

Arrived and greeted with are you waiting to be seated. After replying yes was then told I don't have a chef right now and they don't know how long it could be 5 mins or an hour he's always late. I tell them we will wait for a little bit and then get seated in front of blowing wall fans. While. Waiting don't even get offered drinks or anything. What kind of service is that. After the chef showed up 30 mins later I mentioned that drinks could have been offered while we wait and the only response was what do you mean. Whomever the owner of this franchise is should fire the morning chef and retrain the waitresses for better customer service
