I went in and placed an order in person, the person at the register provided me with the wrong receipt, when I went to pick up my order other person at the register said he had just gave my pizzas away to someone else and the only thing I can do is to call corporate. Manager Mania Moon stated without getting any information from her crew that “I always come in and do this”. She finally got the right information and was still being rude. Worst customer service from a (manager)

Used the app to order and said my order was being prepped at 6:25pm on Sunday 5/4. Go at 6:48pm my order wasn’t even started and would have to wait another 25 minutes or so

Attempted to receive my order twice through delivery. First time it didn’t come for over an hour so I called and they said it was delivered. I told them I didn’t have a pizza and they said they delivered it. Finally, they said ok it must have been delivered to the wrong address. They said they would remake it and resend it.
Second attempt, I waited for another hour and again it never came. I called again and they said without me asking, “it was delivered to the wrong house”. I asked how could that happen and they said they were busy. I asked when I could get the pizza and they said I was at the back of the line now.
With this response and the shocking inability to use Maps or some app they could not deliver a pizza I said this was not acceptable and the person on the phone immediately said they would not help me anymore. No use of a higher voice, use of angry language, or any use of aggression was used but absolute poor customer service was provided.
I am shocked at the lack of ability in the employees at this location and will be contacting the corporate office and franchise owner (if applicable) for correction of the poor ability of the staff at this location.
Be aware of the staff at this location. If corrections are made by the corporate office or owner of the franchise I will comment.

The service at this Greenspot location is the best I've seen a LONG time. I've placed multiple large orders and they are always so incredibly accommodating and efficient. My most recent experience was by far the best. Megan was so friendly and professional! She helped me with a complicated order for a large party. She owned it from start to finish! Thank you! I will definitely be using this location for all my Pizza orders!

This Domino’s is gross. Food was always undercooked and crust tasted old and stale. If you live in East Highland, don’t waste your money here. Go to the Domino’s on HIGHLAND AVE!!! I’ve never had any issues with them 😉

Two pizzas 52 bucks xl pizza extra cheese almost no cheese deep dish pizza had cheese only on half the pizza almost no sauce beware second and last time ordering
