Gone downhill it seems. We ordered 3 bagels and a sandwich there is like no smear on these bagels which is super disappointing and the sandwich was just thrown together half the egg was missing like it was cut off and a tiny strip of bacon. Just super super disappointing and we won't be going back.

Very bad customer service women in charge screamed at my son, she made the wrong drink and yelled at my son telling him this is what you orders while the recipe dead other wise I do it recommend this location…

Ever since they hired more reliable staff, we've been really happy with this location (Considering it's the only convenient location for us).

A lot of the reviews are related to things staff can't control but the owner can. Reliability with online ordering, there's a disconnect between what the online app offers vs. What staff can actually make (store ownership problem).

Staff is awesome, understanding apologetic (it's not their fault). They always take priority in making things right.

ordered 6 bagels all were made incorrectly. Also I came early and still was told they didn’t have a lot of what’s on their menu.

I'm from Tijuana, I came to visit my uncle, and this place just popped up on my way… well, what can I say... one thing led to another, and I ended up grabbing the Baker’s Dozen Box with three Plain Shmear Tubs. Definitely a great decision!

The bagels were fresh and soft inside, I tried several flavors and honestly loved them all AND regarding the shmear I got the Jalapeño, Onion & Chive (this was creamy and full of flavor) AND the Garden Vegetable.

The winner for me the Onion&Chive!!!

Overall, every bagel I tried was delicious, and the shmears took them to another level.

Rude service from the staff in the morning. Coffee was empty and asked for them to refill but I guess they were too lazy to do that! Told me to use another coffee pot flavor instead

Einstein Bros. Bagels. Food at this location is not up to par. Neither is service. Just not from this location. I came in this morning. Plced my order, to the rude employee. She didn’t ask for my rewards number or if I wanted coffee. Bagels were cold and the cinnamon roll I ordered was old.

I thought it was just me but staff is really impatient and do not know how to talk to customers. Always short handed and can never have something ready on time . Denied service to a customer because they didnt order online because for thier convenience they cant deny online orders which I mean if they could they would this place is going to get a bad rep if this keeps up . Bad customer service and slow service are two things that will break a store aswell it smelled like something burnt and the time promised to delivery drivers was not fulfilled these guys get paid by order not hour having to wait an extra 30 min for a 5$ order is not worth thier time. So this place really needs to shape up

I love a good bagel and these hit the spot everything, sweet or savory!

The staff is so nice, especially in the morning. Orders go swiftly and I never had to wait long.

I really like their boxes. A perfect breakfast to share at work or at home with the family.

I order a tasty turkey and al nighter, when I get home I notice that was no turkey on my bagel only tomato,letucce and cucumber,not fair for a $12 bagel,never go back again

Love coming here with my Wife and daughter food is always Fresh and delicious! Staff is awesome. Yes they are always swamped but who can blame them, food is great and they are a new business in the Area!

They try. They are always swamped and not everyone needs to always be extremely nice. Just get your bagels and coffee and move on, also order ahead if you can.
