Fuego Cravings - Highland

This was my second time coming here and it’s truly a hidden gem! The food is super fresh, flavorful, and the portions are pretty big. The manager Maria was very sweet and attentive! She offered my bf and I their michelada mix which was super delicious and we will definitely be coming back to try one (:

The food did not disappoint, we had the surf and turf fries and street taco special. The waitress Alexi was nice and attentive. The ambiance was chill and the music was a vibe “Romeo Santos”. We will be back for sure before I leave back to Arizona

I ordered through GrubHub, my first mistake Ordered the Carne Asada Dish. The steak, onions and peppers were delicious. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The rice side was also very good. The only problem was the little side dish in the container is very small to begin with and than only a few teaspoons 'were added. It was borderline ridiculous. The worst part is still left to come. I ordered 6 tamales; 2 chicken and 4 pork. Either some one wasn't paying attention or simply stupid. I instead received 6 cheese. Not even close to what I wanted or ordered. I read some of the reviews and most are good. I hate that I experienced Fuego Cravings through delivery because the negative review will sit with me. Suggestion; When filling a de3livery order, pay close attention, mistakes aren't as easily fixed than when the customer is in house.

Johanna has great customer service 👌🏾. She is friendly and attentive. The other as well. But there is one that gets my order wrong EVERY time, so when I see that she's taking orders I just turn around and leave before I get to the counter to order. But the food surf and turf fries and fuego fries are so delicious to my palate with total satisfaction, I do encourage you to check order before walking out the door.
I will continue to return here as long as the customer service is pleasant and the food is made as I order it and is delicious!😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

We had dinner there. My husband had chicken burritos. He had food poisoning symptoms within a few hours. We highly suspect the food is contaminated.

Good food quick service. Many service options, order there, online, pickup or delivery. Nice you can have a beer while waiting for your food if you like.

First time customer- dining in. Touchscreen was provided for ordering— the downside is that you can’t ask questions and at the end when you pay it’s asking for a tip which is preferable after a meal depending on the service. Ordered some alcoholic beverages that came after the food so we were left eating with no drink for awhile—water was not offered Chips prior to meal were stale. The waitress was friendly.
