Garbage. Took 30 minutes to get 1 order of soggy ass nachos. Windows are now frosted probably so the public can’t see how gross their kitchen looks. Save the generic response, won’t be back.

I went this evening and these girls were so rude in the front, they kept saying for future reference this and that and they were just so unprofessional especially the one in front and the one getting the food 🙄, I've been going here since it opened and today was the worst! Unprofessional and rude ..

Let me start with first impressions. Chingon should be replaced by Half-assed . Then, you don't have a choice on the items besides b,c or s. Or bowl,tortilla or plate. Service was bad because they are to busy talking to each other. And the final product is a mix of left overs at a party buffet all mixed and served.

Very disorganized not very helpful at all. You have no one to assist you with your food and they take forever to help. It’s very washed out Mexican food too. The food is definitely not worth the money they are charging either. Sodas for $4/5 is ridiculous and portions are small

Poor service, if you plan to use anything but cash you have to order outside the restaurant. Bar is in a casino and is only staffed after 5pm. 1 burrito and 1 bowl was a 35 minute wait. Food is basic, toppings are self service. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind the bare minimum out of a restaurant

Customer service at the food area is absolutely amazing. Those young girls are definitely well trained and on it. As for your bartenders, especially the one that was there last night, February 7 the taller girl with tattoos. I just want to say she definitely needs to go back to bartending school and also work on her people skills. She’s definitely not bartender material. She’s making you guys lose money like you can’t even imagine.

Chingon is just a shadow of years past. Food is lousy

Got food poisoning from the pork burrito. Seemed okay at first, but had some really nasty bites after the first few and 1/4 way in it turned to dog food slop with big chunks of unseasoned slimy pork fat. Absolutely disgusting. Place needs fo be shut down. Will never go back.
