Lived in this city for a few years and just found this breakfast/lunch spot, and wow the food is delicious and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. We ordered the Chilaquiles and The Super charged plate with a side of their pumpkin pancakes, and my goodness was it yummy. Lovely staff

I’m giving a three star bc most of the time I enjoy this place. However, I ordered breakfast here some time ago, the waffle specifically. I got half a waffle….. seriously? That was very irritating. I don’t know whose idea this was, but it’s cheap and not okay. What full grown adult would want half a waffle? I’ll still dine here, but that’s major L, make the full waffle.

Nice little cafe! Was rather busy but they had plenty of seating! Lots of variety on the menu and everyone enjoyed their meals! Employees were friendly also!

It took approximately an hour to be seated, despite the establishment’s assertion that a 15-minute wait was anticipated. While the service was prompt, which I appreciated, my experience was marred by a severe disappointment with my food order. I had requested a ribeye steak medium-rare, which was initially satisfactory. However, upon inspection, I discovered that the steak was entirely raw, which caused me immense disgust. Consequently, I was unable to enjoy the remaining sides. I would rate this experience a mere zero, while I would give the service a solid three. NEVER AGAIN.

My family and I had a great experience here.

All servers were extremely pleasant. Not just with our family but with all the people that were coming in and leaving. You can tell everyone was comfortable with the atmosphere and the servers had a positive attitude including the kitchen staff.

The food was great! We had the French toast, biscuits and gravy, skillet, and pancakes (came with eggs, bacon, sausage). Everything was really good and more than enough in terms of portion size.

I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a good weekend breakfast! Will definitely be going back!

When I walked in during a business visit, I was greeted so warmly that i decided to come back for a meal. It was as warm and delicious as the greeting. I'd definingly go here again. Great food and great value.

I actually didn't get a chance to eat here. Came with a party of 7 people on a Sunday. They have a first come, first serve, but weren't able to seat us. As we waited, other smaller groups came in and sat. We waited 30 minutes, and the staff had not blocked off tables for us to sit. We ended up leaving.

We went to Cheliz for brunch on Sunday and it was fantastic! I ordered the enchiladas they were the best enchiladas I’ve had in a very long time. Great flavor. Rice was also very flavorful. Big portion. My mom got the chilaquiles and she loved her dish as well. She’s picky about her refried beans and she said they were perfect.

It was a bit pricey $4 for an orange juice. But we definitely would come eat here again.

Overall A+, nice little breakfast spot tucked away, we got the breakfast quesadilla and menudo(which is served everyday) and they're green salsa is pretty good. As we were leaving I noticed they sold jumbo muffins, definitely going back to try a couple.
