I can’t tell you how many times I have ordered through door dash. Went in for pick up today because I around there, the girl was kinda rude told me she can only give me extra sauces this one time because I didn’t specify on DoorDash pick up( it was one small container of eel sauce and spicy mayo, nothing major) I even told her I can pay for it she said no just this one time is fine, she was kinda cold and rude I didn’t like her vibe at all. The dudes behind the sushi bar seemed really serious and just staring it felt very awkward. I had even made a tiktok video about them that got a lot of views (that I deleted now)so I have given this place a lot of my own business. Unfortunately as much as I liked this place I won’t be coming and ordering again because of how unwelcoming everyone was.

Me, my partner, and our son love this place! We moved to San Bernardino about two years ago and this has become our sushi spot. The food is really good, even if your child doesn't like sushi they have different plates to choose from that they'd enjoy like my son does. You u can tell the sushi chefs enjoy what they do because the sushi is always delicious and fresh.
The service is great too, all the servers have always been nice and polite, making sure you have everything you need. And the prices are very reasonable considering how good it is .
The atmosphere is quiet, the place is decorated nicely, an overall enjoyable place to sit and eat.
Definitely will continue to come here and would recommend!

Came in with a friend to try the place for the first time. We're both sushi fans, but we weren’t really craving it today, so we ordered ramen dishes that came with sushi on the side (crunch roll and spicy tuna).
The sushi was actually pretty good for a first visit. However, the ramen was disappointing—it looked and tasted just like instant packaged noodles. I ended up losing my appetite since I expected real ramen, and I usually feel sick after eating the packaged kind. But also the dish was 17 bucks each so I guess I had high expectations, anyways
My friend ended up eating both our meals. He thought it was okay, but said he wouldn’t order it again.
Bad, flavorless food. Bad service. Forced 18% tip! Not fresh. 0 stars. Also, the takoyaki tastes like plain pancake with no sauce. Idk how to explain it, just bad.

Ate here before food is okay. was walking when phone died and didn’t have my wallet they didn’t ALLOW me to use the bathroom (couldn’t pay for food didn’t have my card and iPhone died for Apple Pay) rude workers this was on 4/1/25 owner was there she turned me down!! Don’t eat here !
