Called in advance and placed my order making sure beforehand about special issues. Order was delivered totally wrong. Called the store and person who answered remembered my order and apologized about mix up. Couldn't do anything about crediting my account. Told me to call corporate. I called corporate who said they would send me a gift certificate to replace my money. Never received anything so I called back a month later.
