So stinky place i ever visited, worst experience with bad quality food, as you can’t customize anything in there menu which is strange as compared to other ihop restaurants and the worst part is they are charging just one extra bread for $5.79 which I feel unfair price! So think twice before visiting as they ask you to please pay tips at the end, as I feel uncomfortable bcz it has to be customer choice to pay or not!!

In the middle of the meal, I cockroach is started to climb up my leg.And not that manager did anything but also started to argue that this is something normal.I cannot imagine what is going on inside their kitchen

This place has great customer service from the host to the server, it’s a great team work environment, Cristian is amazing def the spark ⚡️ and def going back when I need to laugh , thank you for making my day 🥰
Excellent service! Cristian from Costa Rica was definitely the highlight — he’s super fun and creates such a great atmosphere. His service alone is a strong reason to come back. The food was good, and the parking was very convenient

A lady came out around 2:00 pm and moped the whole room my friend and I along with 3 there couples were eating in. She moped right up to our tables. The smell of pinesol was so strong we stopped eating and took the rest of the food home. But we had to wait for the floor to dry so we could walk across it. My friend uses a cane. I beleave that was very unprofessional and the next time I will just go to Dennys across the street. We were trying to decide if we should go to ihop or denny's, i guess we picked the wrong one.

Food was great 10/10, my rating is on the service . The welcome in from I think management was great. Even the server we started with was great. He’s been our server before and I was fully prepared to tip generously . However after our drinks we got a new server who made us feel like asking for anything was a big inconvenient. Our whole interaction was unpleasant even the tone in his voice. Another server stepped in briefly to bring us an item we ordered and I could immediately feel /tell the difference in the quality of service. I wanted to tip the other two servers but unfortunately my waiter was also the cashier and Instead of making him uncomfortable as he did to us I instead tipped him a small amount.

Me and my best friend went there for breakfast at lunch. That food was delicious. The waiter was excellent I mean he was just the best way to I've ever had. I wish I could remember his name but I will remember his face at the IHOP. Did tell us about another restaurant that he works in over on highland and del Rosa by The stater Brothers there. So my best friend and me will be going there for lunch one day where he works at this other restaurant

The food was wonderful. We love the all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast deal for $5 you cannot beat that. The only part that I would say needs a little help is a customer service and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The waitress who helped us out was friendly at first but didn't provide the quality customer service experience that you would expect from somebody that would be receiving a tip. to be quite honest she was rude and very Frank and by the end of our experience she rushed us out of the restaurant by providing our check before we requested it which I thought was very inappropriate. And the last thing I would mention is that when you first walk into the restaurant you are greeted with this really rancid (public bathroom or dirty mop type of smell) that is so off putting you might not even enter the restaurant .
