Came in around 11:00am today. First, there was a homeless man sleep right in front of the Jack in the box entrance. I literally had to step over this man. Then there was no one in line, but the Hispanic lady employee was there having a conversation with a random guy. He didn't work for Jack in the box. after talking for a while, she finally tells me I can use the self order machine. I do not like to use the self order machines. Is she getting paid to have conversations? Horrible customer service, soda machine not working. I will not be coming back here

Is that Bug Skin on my burger!? 🤮🤮 Not sure what they put in my burger but it looks like dead skin I wet it to see if it was lettuce but it looked more ashy and like a bugs skin at first I didn’t take a single bite since they placed it on top of the burger as you can see it maintained the shape of being wrapped on top of the burger bun

there's this older bigger lady thats a manager and is so rude when we drive in the drive thru, cant even have a minute to see what I want to order cause she disrespectful and telling us to get up
If I could put zero stars I would!!! I came around 12:45AM 11/19/2024. Ordered 2 orders of potato wedges and 2 value chicken sandwiches. There was hair in 1 of my chicken sandwiches and both orders of my potato wedges. The hair was in the CHEESE WRAPPED AROUND THE FOOD AND FORK!! And in between the LETTUCE! I drive back to the drive thru employee *MYRA* laughed in my face and started talking smack in Spanish to another coworker she laughed and told me it’s impossible and that they have 4k cameras that can see EVERYTHING including a hair falling out of someone’s head.. as I look to see who’s in kitchen preparing the food of course non of the workers who were preparing were wearing hair nets. DISGUSTING DON’T COME HERE! I will be calling her manager and the stores!

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Jumbo Jack through Uber Eats. I never order fries or onion rings because they are always old and cold. The chicken was old and the failed to put a hamburger patty on the Jumbo Jack so no meat!!! Worse Jack in the Box ever!!!
