Also you have 1 employee working taking orders and making drinks and after reading all your reviews seems to be a common trend.

Horrible experience here! Andrea did not know how to work the orange juice machine so she could not prepare my order that I was charged for! So I asked for a refund! Guess what? She did not know how to refund me either! After spending 30 min here she decided to reach out to her managers! But they were not available. She agreed to have her mangers contact me. Guess what? No one did. I had asked for the managers’s email addresses and send them an email. Guess what? No one responded to my email. I called the store and talked to Christian and he agreed to give me an orange juice. I went to the store and he said! I made it for you already. I tasted it and it tasted SO terrible! It was either old or the oranges were bad! This is unbelievable! Can’t imagine jamba juice had such horrible service!

My grandson has a peanut allergy and they prepared his smoothie in the back, away from any nut products. Plus the smoothie was delicious. Impressed with their service.

Under staffed for a Sunday around 11am. When I arrived there was a note that the (1) employee was on break, so I had to wait outside till they returned. Not a great first impression.

Terrible service I waited for 55minutes almost an hour! For 3 bowls and a smoothie. Apparently the guy was by himself. Who is running this place? This was early in the morning when they opened

The sign said staff on break until 5:30. I knocked on the door at 5:40... the lady who opened the door said 10 more minutes... what the hell do they not know how to tell time? Or can they not write a new sign?Or are they taking an hour break when telling the boss it's a 30 minute break!

My daughter orders from this location about twice a month. She orders the same thing each time. Today she ordered that banana protein smoothie again and she started to have an allergic reaction. Her throat and tongue became swollen and her throat stsrted closing. My other daughter decided to have a sip from her smoothie as well and her tounge became tingly and she said it tasted weird. I called the location twice and no answer. I don't know what they did differently today, but it was scary. I wish I could speak to someone about this.
