Honestly...food was really bad. Coffee was good and kept coming. The Home fries were the only saving grace. The service was the places golden gate, they were absolutely lovely here and it made the visit worth it. The servers name eludes me but she had some amazing tattoos and a real L.A actress vibe.

I had the worst experience with my order. I order chorizo with potatoes. First the egg looked so plain with hardly any chorizo in it. The potatoes were so cold and looked like it was sitting there and just gave it to me. When I told the owners he told me that he sell that a lot and didn't bother to make it better. His attitude was to bad you didn't like it. We did pay for it because he looked more money hungry. Never going back

As the owner, Jesse, was made aware of a service issue involving a departing waiter who failed to communicate her departure while we were waiting for refills. Upon expressing our concerns, Jesse responded with laughter and disregard. I then pointed out that such behavior reflects leadership, to which he agreed.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem—until today. Our waiter dropped off the check and disappeared. We were left sitting there for at least 30 minutes with no coffee or water refills. When we asked another waiter for help, she was rude and told us our server had gone home, then walked away without asking if we needed anything. We asked to speak with a manager, and when he came over, he simply said, “I’m sorry you feel that way,” and even laughed about the situation. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable. Leadership sets the tone, and it’s clear that the attitude here has changed for the worse. The food was also disappointing—greasy and nothing like it used to be. To top it off, one of the managers who spoke with my husband actually shoved his shoulder while laughing. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially from someone representing the restaurant. After years of dining here, this experience was enough to make us decide we won’t be coming back. The service, food, and respect for customers have all gone downhill. 10/10/25 @2:00

Jennys Cafe is so delicious food was cooked with such quality, prices were very reasonable, service was great. I can not wait to try other food items seeing everyone else’s plates make your mouth water. I just wish I could eat more. I would recommended this place so much to choose from on the menu.

I do recommend a his restaurant! 90% of the time the food is great. However, pancakes are frequently lukewarm when you get them. The servers are really wonderful and attentive. And best of all, their prices have not skyrocketed like everyone else.

Usually our go to place but the last 2 times were absolutely horrible. Today was the worst. We expect it to be busy so we know we would have to wait. Yet the server was a complete disaster. Got our order completely wrong and kept forgetting things and every time we had to ask or say they forget she looked annoyed. She even said you see that guy yelling in back he keeps yelling but is forgetting things. Just complete horrible service.
