My wife and kiddo, and myself too, love the sandwiches here! I lived on the east coast for a few years and discovered there that sandwiches could be a good deal better than what you find at places like subway! This particular location is one we especially like to go to. The staff is always so friendly, and not in a way that feels like it's just what management tells everyone to do! What compelled me to do this review after we've been eating there for many years is that a few evenings ago we had an experience that was even better than the normal excellent service we've received there! We had ordered our food, gone home, started to eat and then my wife realized she had completely forgot to ask that they put the oil and vinegar she usually gets on her sandwich. I headed back down to get a side of it about half an hour after we'd left with our meal. They gave me three containers of oil and vinegar each and didn't charge me a thing for it! I realize that's a really small thing, but because of my wife's chemotherapy treatment it's really hard to find foods that she can eat these days and their kindness in giving us what she needed to make her meal perfect was no small thing to us! If you want a tasty sandwich with amazing service, this is the place to go!

I was upset to hear that fire fighters came ask sandwiches and not given by stated not enough bread . That day the fire was getting bad

When asked by firefighters to donate sandwiches for firefighters fighting the fire and told no. That's just terrible and lost my respect. Take care of people and you will be taken care of

9/6/2024 at 4:40 pm Line Fire firefighters wanted 50 sandwiches and were told no even though they were paying customers. What kind of service is this. Say you don’t have enough bread for 50 sandwiches, how about offering sandwiches that you do have bread for. I will avoid this location in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing. The sandwiches are over the top and the environment is hopping and upbeat. The food is phenomenal. Definitely worth it for the value.

My parents ordered a sandwich with meat and one without. My dad's sandwich was prepared, but they stopped preparing their order because my mom's was a veggie delight. Instead of completing their order, the employees started working on the order that was placed by the customers behind them. They walked out and will not be returning.

Beware of this place.. they ran out of Diet soda in the fountain drink section. It was brought to the attention of the managers and staff, but they were told not to put a sign up for it.On top of knowingly cheating the customers, I'm sure everyone knows what would happen if regular soda instead of diet soda gets into the wrong cup of say.. a diabetic? That's going to be a fat lawsuit, due to the medical complications it could cause.

The girls working there today were very nice and were making subs like a finely tuned machine. Just kind of the vibe that makes you want to go back there again for lunch.

I will agree with everyone who says this place has “creepy” vibes. (outside looked like a KKK meeting taking place) For one the girls at the registers were rude af . When asked to get my sandwich warmed she said “ I can put it on the oven” but didn’t even do that. Not sure why 1 sub sandwich came out to $17 when I didn’t add extra ingredients.Note to others: If you are not the right color you will get terrible service!!AKA minorities !!! These people need better customer service considering we spend our hard earned money!!!Note to manager: offer culture sensitivity trainings !!!
