When I arrived & went inside the restaurant, I went to sit down thinking they were gonna come with the menu! Never happened! After waiting 15 min, I went up to the registered & asked if I was gonna get helped! Short Mexican young lady said, " Not at the table"! I put my order in & to my surprise, the plate food was cold! The quesabirria was hot! The limon agua fresca was good!THEY HAD NO DESERTS AT ALL! I told the cashier iff I can get another food plate . Well done, Her response was, " Bring me your plate if you want your food hot so I can heated it up in the microwave! SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1 & ONLY TIME GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT!

Carne asada is good better than most places in area. Prices have gotten a bit pricey lately and seems quality has slightly dropped.Overall good place and would recommend to anyone craving a good carne asada burrito.

Juanito's is a most welcome discovery for delicious Mexican food in the Inland Empire! I live in Redlands and have not been able to find a place that excites me and my wife to get tasty Mexican food! Not only is it yummy, but the prices are very affordable compared to most in the surrounding areas, like Redlands. The street tacos are excellent, the meat burritos are more than satisfying, and the potato tacos are worth the extra food you'll eat by ordering one! Their green salsa is not disappointing, very spicy, and flavorful!

It's quaint and comfortable and they give out huge portions for the price you're paying. Staff is really friendly and know you by name when you become a regular so it always feels like I'm visiting friends or family.I recommend the Nacho Fries or any of the breakfast burritos! Their burgers are better than fast food burger I've ever had too which is funny given it's a Mexican Restaurant, but once you eat one here, you'll probably say bye to In-N-Out LOLBeen going here since I was in high school, so I'll definitely miss it when I inevitably move, but if you're looking for good Mexican Restaurants in Highland, this is the place to be. Hands down. ?
