I ordered in advance, but when I got to the counter they told me to wait for more than 30 minutes and still haven't received it. It seems they like selling tacobell more than KFC.

I was at the drive through and asked for a k1 tenders and I asked if there was an option for spicy tenders, and the lady at the drive throw said no, she didn't bother to offer the choice of the hot honey, so when I came to the window I aked if I could change my order to the hot honey tenders and she called out the lady in the back and she came close enough for me to hear her tell her we don't have any! So I said are you sure because I her her telling you to tell me you don't have any, and she said I can show you the bottle with an attitude and I said that's fine, but if that's just an excuse to not sell me what I really want because you don't want to change it that's wrong, so the girl went back to the manager and she came back and said, well my manager said I could refuse service because of this. And I said that's fine too so they refused to provide me with a service because I wanted to change my order but I was also willing to take what I had originally ordered. Their place is dead not a fly around and they refused to provide a good service, that manager needs to be re trained.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service is terrible! Rude employees. Inside of the restaurant is always dirty too. You could be the only person in the drive-thru and it would still take up to 20 minutes to receive your food. When you do get the food, the chicken is soggy as if it were cooked in the microwave.

Service is horrible. Manager was nice and friendly. Overall really apologetic. I waited over an hour for my chicken that was supposed to be ready. I placed an order on the KFC app. I would never order from here again. Cashier told me they didnt have original chicken that i ordered on the app. Cashier said they have give me crispy and it was ready. I said that was fine. It turned out that crispy was not ready and had to wait more. Over an hour I waited for a order that was supposedly ready on the app notifications.

I went to order dinner for my family tonight and ordered an eight piece original and ended up with all dark meat. I called and they said that that’s how it came. I would have to order mixed if I wanted white meat and it was more expensive. So they told me they couldn’t do anything for me unless I drove back there, 20 minutes, and they would charge me and give me the white meat. I told them I live 20 minutes away and they said I’m sorry I can’t do anything for you. Terrible customer service. I will never go back there again.!

Paid almost 40$ for half cooked chicken and a stale chulupa which was hard as if they put it in a microwave and chicken was soggy and falling apart, this is the worst food I’ve ever had from my KFC. I will never buy there again. I should’ve got my money back. $40 is a lot of money for food that was disgusting.
