Look never really complain but have no clue if the Bowls are supposed to come half filled but hardly get KFC and my bowls are barely even filled feel like a door dash order just curios didn’t have to be filled busting out but it really was

Despite other reviews, today was a great experience for my husband and I. We got the $20 fill up box, 1small coleslaw, 1small mash/gravy and 2 medium drinks. I gave the food a 4 star only because it did not look like the advertisement? (but my husband says it was still delicious?. Service was awesome. The cashier who took our order was curtious and and the African American worker we think he's the manager because he was very attentive and very welcoming and accommodating....

When they change out the oil this place everything's fine. The problem is that they don't do it as much as they should. Nothing is worse than paying a lot of money for chicken that tastes like dirt. We mainly go here when they have a deal going on because the prices are a bit high. They rarely mess up an order and always give plenty of sauces etc. The cashiers are friendly.
