Drinks were a little cheaper than Kung Fu tea, they have one size only, but a large variety of drinks and add ons! I was visiting from Colorado, will return to ICED-T HOUSE next time we're in town. Customer service was AMAZING and the wait...a couple minutes and all 4 drinks were ready!
Been going to the Iced T-House since its launch in Feb. 2024, and their beverages, food, and service consistently meet high standards. We usually order the Matcha or Ube Coffee with lychee jelly, Rose Milk Tea, and Korean Corn Dogs. They have a Loyalty Program that rewards a free drink for every 15 points earned.
Is the tea and food good? Of course! I really enjoy their Korean dogs and their tea however expect to wait around 25-30 minutes per order. If you have people ahead of you in line? Forget it. I hope they hire more help
Always so yum!
Employee was very kind and helpful. She was quick to help and gave great advice on what to drink

Coming from a military man that just got back from a 9 month deployment visiting Korea, let me tell you, this place is amazing. Great food, looking at the menu brought back memories from being in Korea. They went out of their way to set up decor for spooky season, super sweet server/cook, nice relaxed vibes. Great boba, great crunchy hot cheeto dog

Everyone please be careful!!! I would like to warn you
everybody. This restaurant and Kung Restaurant
Fu had the same owner before. They are people
indecent.
Everyone please be careful!!! I would like to warn everyone. This restaurant and Kung Fu Restaurant were previously owned by the same owner. They are not decent people.
The slushies and smoothies taste very watered down and the fried snacks are like burnt all the time and so hard to chew. I'm not even exaggerating.
Nice people, but slow service.
My reply to the owner:
Keep the prices, they're good, but please add a bit more flavor to your drinks. They are so bland. And please don't overcook the snacks. That's all it takes.
Parking: It's a mall parking.

Quiet atmosphere, very simple, love the daisies on the wall. My kids love the tea boba drinks here. Im not a tea drinker nor am i a boba lover sooo i cant contest the quality but my two girls LOVE stopping by here. I find it a bit expensive so we definitely limit it to a special treat. For a fruit tea with boba it was $6.50 there are no sizes just 1 size and they do have korean corn dogs as well to snack on. My only complaint is that it was stuffy and no air circulation in the establishment

The whole reason to go to this place was their funky kpop vibe. The rebrand is absolute garbage. They completely lost their soul.
