This McDonald’s has gone downhill since 2019 shift managers. Ignore you in the front counter even when they make eye contact they still choose to ignore you. It takes over 10 minutes to get your order inside for one item. Employees don’t listen when you’re ordering.
I'm a regular customer at this location, but my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The drive-thru frequently has only one operational lane, leading to long waits and forcing me to go to the window to order while other cars pass by. Additionally, for my last 10+ visits, the french fries have been old and oversalted. Today was particularly frustrating: we waited over 10 minutes for two double cheeseburgers because our order was forgotten, causing me to be late for work. Consistent issues like these are unacceptable, especially for frequent customers.

This place once used to be great. It's now a former shell of what it used to be. This place is way over priced compared to surrounding locations. I mean there is another location about 1 1/2 miles up the street with cheaper prices and better quality food. I highly recommend eating at any other location then this one.

I was the only person ordering, fries, hamburger, drink. They called my number and asked “where is my drink “ she said “ there is no drink. I told her yes there is and she checked and yes there was . No sorry, no thank you just turned around and left . This is what you get and they want 20.00 dollars to work!!! That’s the worst service I ever received at Mc D EVER !!!
