My husband and I were very impressed with this Mc Donald’s. The landscaping and outside courtyard was beautiful and not what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The food was fresh.The best part was the service. We can’t remember his name, maybe Marco, but this young man adds tremendous value to this business. He brought our food to us in the most respectful and pleasant manner and read our receipt to make sure everything was correct. He was the only one in the dining room and we watched with amazement as he managed car pick up orders, translated language barriers with the kiosk for at least three orders while we were there AND gracefully served everyone with as much care as he gave to us! I hope we got his name right because he deserves a raise! With a work ethic like his he will own Mc Donald’s corporation someday!

Save yourself money and don’t come here. My family and I ordered our usual and noticed a big price difference. I looked up the McDonalds we go to and the 40 pc 2 Lrg fry deal is $12 more expensive here then any other McDonalds around here and our usual McDonalds. Also ordered the Big Mac deal and same thing. It was $12 more expensive here.

Went through the drive thru, they told us to pull into a mobile order spot and wait for our food there. Bunch of cars were waiting in the spots, found out most everyone else was told to wait there as well. Saw one bag of food come out to the other waiting cars, and it was a car that had arrived 10 min after us. We wound up leaving after 20 min because even the people waiting before us weren’t getting their food, and we were on a schedule.Everyone we interacted with during the drive thru was very friendly and nice, though.We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, medium fries, one plain hamburger… so not a big or difficult order.

Stop with the "Drive to the side and we'll bring your order to you." No one was in front of me and no one was behind me. It's all about their magical clock. And, I didn't get part of my order.

The kiosk was having issues and staff didn't offer any assistance and no other person was inside the store except me. Staff need to be more aware of what is going on.

Literally waited for curbside for 30 mins I was frustrated my son is sick and he wanted a happy meal and was complaining of headache the purpose of pick up is to park get the food and leave they took forever I had to call and then they said o it’s ready took another 15 mins before they came out

I called them and asked what type of burgers they got and a male on the phone said “huh”? And hung up. I called another time and a woman picked up and “said stop calling we don’t do deliveries” I responded I just wanted to know what food y’all have and that’s it and she hanged up on me.

I’ve been having remodeling done at my home, so for the last few months I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for breakfast and for the most part have received okay service. This is why I gave them two stars instead of one. I also have brought my daycare kids here and have bought many many meals over the years that I have been coming to this McDonald’s. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and ordered my breakfast and when I got to the window it was not ready so they asked me to drive around and park and wait for my order so I did. (They do that so their timer will stop as if they did give you your food in a timely manner when they actually haven’t.) After waiting several minutes I got out of my car went inside to see my order sitting there and no one attending to it. No apology, just oops here’s your order. Then today I ordered my food got to the window and they didn’t make my mocha frappe so the lady again asked me to drive around to the front and they would bring my order out to me. I tried to explain to her at the drive-thru window that I did that yesterday and waited several minutes and you never brought me my order so she insisted they would bring it to me so I drove around and waited for 12 minutes. I then got out of my car walked inside and saw my mocha frappe sitting on the counter again no one attending to it. When I ask the lady behind the counter is that my mocha frappe that I’ve been sitting there waiting 12 minutes for she just laughed and handed it to me. So after giving them my business for the 14 years that I’ve lived in the area plus the 14 years that I worked in the area before I moved over here, I don’t need to give them my business anymore. I have taken several of my Daycare kids here and have bought them numerous meals and don’t need to do that anymore as well. If they want give us such poor customer service and then think it’s so funny when they give poor customer service I don’t need to give them my business. (There’s a McDonald’s inside Walmart up the street.)
