I ordered a pizza on April 30th 2025. I ordered two pizzas two large pizzas and two orders of boneless wings. The wings only had the sauce drizzled over them they weren't covered in the sauce and the pizzas were undone. We actually had to put the pizzas in the oven to finish cooking. Papa John's is usually better than this but this was a really horrible experience.

The worst pizza I've ordered in a very long time. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for serving this as a pizza to the people in your community. Completely pale borderline uncooked and one side had no ingredients whatsoever. Also the additional sauce I've ordered and paid for was not in the box. A terrible pizza experience.

Ask for parmesano chees the lady morning manager I think Open a box handme 1 pack and when I ask why only one she said Buy have a Nice day with disrespectyfull actitud. Wait more of 30 minutos for the pizza. 2-21-2022 11:30am

I picked up an order here tonight. Was done right when I got there for Uber eats. Happy new year!!!

Service when you walk in to pick up is good! We usually order for delivery and don’t like when door dash delivers because well they stink! Tonight’s pizzas were supposed to be Larges but look like Mediums. We have never had this happen before. One pizza doesn’t look cooked all the way either. What a super disappointing experience this time.

Don't waste your time with the Shaq- a- roni pizza ...it's crap ....I'm from New York, the Bronx to be exact and if 1 thing New Yorkers know it's bagels and pizza ...we order like this - can I get a slice and it takes up so much of the paper plate that's why we fold it in half ....when i saw that Shaqaroni slice I started laughing cause I know better and Shaq my man you backed the wrong horse here .

Came in yesterday @3pm. The young man Cody was awesome. It feels good to finally get some great customer service,hard to find these days. Cody is very nice and respectful. Pizza was also great.

Skimping on toppings and sauce is not the papa John's way of making pizzas. Papa John's is my favorite but this location gives it a bad representation.

Order online took them over an hour to deliver. Called the store, and they said that the driver left without my order and that they are short staff, and had to wait on a driver to deliver my food. Don't order from this location.spoke to the manager clarisa for a refund. She did not even apologize .
