Took over 30 mins to get my food. Waiting to get our number called. I walked up to ask what the hold up was and my food was sitting on the counter the whole time. The guy said he called my number but he lied because myself and others were waiting forever. He wasn't calling any numbers. We have came other times and the wait its about 20 mins even if no one is is in here. It's to bad they always take a long time or we'd come more.

So disapointed. I haven't been there since it was a small building with bars on the windows. I think the bars were on the windows to protect that amazing hot sauce they used to have. Today it didn't have much flavor and was watery. Did they change recipe or did I get bad batch?
I started going here when a friend told me about the .99 cent menu. I couldn't believe the portion of food they give you. This place is spot on. They know what the customers want. Pepitos, uses real cheese, not the fake stuff. I always go here, and I introduced my friends to the place, they love it too. The cooks are really nice and prepare the food fast. I will go here again. Thank you, Pepitos!

The Caucasian guy that took my order was rude, he has black painted nails. I ordered food to go. He didn’t offer salsa and gave no napkins. The store wasn’t busy at all. :( so he lacked courtesy for no reason at all!

Cold bland old tasting food, I shouldn't be expected to wait in line for almost an hour, and still have to come home and season my food and heat it back up, I don't care how cheap the food is, have some standards.
