The food is delicious i perfer the 14, the ladys are nice and the vibe is calm and would be a good first date place

Pho T & T is pretty decent.
It's located in a small shopping center with about 10 other businesses.

The place was empty as we came early.
This was our 1st time coming.
There were two ladies working.
The younger of the two waited on us.
They were friendly and welcoming.

As we sat down, we noticed a foul smell like dirty mop water but realized because it's raining. I think they may have a leak in the roof.
Which explains the stagnant water smell.
Feel bad because it's a mom and pop shop.

So we still decided to try them out.
We ordered 2 large combo phos #14's
& a beef banh mi.
All was reasonably priced, and they gave a generous amount as well.

I did read that some people say they got overcharged.
So I made sure to pay attention, and she charged me exactly 💯 what we ordered.
So I left her a nice tip!

The food was good, fresh, and tasty.
Especially on a cold rainy day.

We will definitely be back!
We love supporting mom and pop places, or else they get closed down by bigger businesses or corporations.

If you haven't tried them, come out and check them out!

Well I thought long and hard about writing this review since we've been coming here for years ... needless to say after our last experience I decided it was best to warn others about this establishment .
Let's start with the good .... so the food is definitely above average I would say a good 8 at best :) the ladies are pretty friendly and over good customer service . We have always got our food freshly made and within a timely matter....
Now the bad over the years however the food quality has declined last experience we ordered a vegetable stir fry with chicken shrimp and pork ( house special) 12.99 and a side of spring rolls that was my order .
My daughter got a similar plate 12.99 maybe $13.99 with side of spring rolls $8.50 on the menu
And we had water with our dinner . ( my dish was mostly noodles and bean sprouts with a few shrimp and some chicken:/
So the total comes out to $56 🤔
It was closing time so I paid with a $60 and still left the change and a cash tip on the table . As I drove away and realized I was scammed and cheated from my $ I went back and the two Asian ladies spoke in their language like yelling back at each other ... she apologized and then spoke English and gave me back $12 .
Like many others in the reviews this place doesn't use an actual computer to input your order they write it down on a note pad and ALWAYS overcharge you !! I wish I had noticed before however before it was probably a few dollars now this last visit was $12 !? I don't like dishonest people and will not be returning . So point being I guess the bad outweighs the good !! I'll be looking for other local pho places with good spring rolls !!!

Best phó for a vegetarian I’ve ever found. I live in LA and have lived in NY and this trounces any other options. Staff are so kind, atmosphere is chill and real, and the food is incredible. Also the price is really hard to beat. Please show this gem some love.

Voted #1 Vietnamese Pho by L.A times and now I see why. Everything is fresh and hand made by these 2 old lady's. The preparations that's involved in the mornings before opening and at night before closing is mazing.

Came here with 6 adults and 3 kids. Everyone was hangry and tired. We all left smiling and happy with full tummies. The vegetarians in the group were super pleased with the flavors. The meat eaters were equally happy. The owners are so accommodating and made sure everything was to our liking. They even offer to make dishes not on the menu for any preference or dietary restrictions. This place is saved to my folder for future ski trips. Thanks Pho T & T!
