What a shame. A large side of red beans and rice is filled barely half way up and mostly with rice. Chicken was dry and unfriendly staff. The cheapest ingredients and they don't even fill up the sides. I'm done with this place for sure.

The tenders are great as is everything other than the fried chicken. It's overdone and not very meaty in my opinion. Definitely the best mashed potatoes and gravy of all the fast food chicken places.

Employees couldn't even be bothered to walk to the front counter and just yelled from the back to use the kiosk. I had a question but since they are rude and don't care about customers we left.

The food is never fresh and they’re always out of chicken or condiments. None of them know how to take orders correctly. None of them. Listen they always get my order wrong. Ever since Statman left that place it has really gone downhill, rock bottom trash. I wish they bring somebody who has common sense so that Place can start doing better fire the whole team

Need help with order on kiosk. Helper didn’t scan my phone so I didn’t get rewards points. Waited 30 minutes for dark only meat. Was asked if I wanted sauceI replied BBQ. Got 2 ranch and 2 honey mustard.Order was for classic chicken and label said classic. Got home started eating and my husband started choking on a piece of spicy thigh! We managed to help him expell the food. Box was filled with 5 spicy thighs and 1 spicy leg the other legs in the order were classic. Order was a 10 piece special price for rewards members. Did not get a receipt for the order. Called the store to complain but no answer & cannot leave a message because voice mail is not set up.

I Have ordered twice from this place and it will be the last! The first time I ordered was a family meal and it comes with 3 large sides. When I got home and opened the sides to serve them they were filled half way. It is suppose to be filled atleast 3/4 come on that is not okay! The second time I ordered were 4 small sides 2 mac and cheese, one mashed potatoes and a beans and rice. First of all they got my order wrong they gave me 3 macs and 1 beans and rice. And second of all again they were filled half way. Each small side is $4.59 for them not to fill up the little cup! Definitely I will never be going back to this location!

On a Monday, I decided to order food using an app called Yelp. After completing my order and making the payment, I noticed that the app did not prompt me to enter my name; instead, it only provided me with the order details. I assumed that when I arrived at Popeyes, I could simply show them this order detail to collect my food.

Once I received the notification that my order was ready, I headed into Popeyes to pick it up. Upon entering, I was greeted by an older lady with long hair who asked if I was there for a pick-up. I affirmed her question and showed her my order details. However, she informed me that I needed to provide a name, even though I had only received the order detail from the app.

I tried to explain that the app never prompted me to enter my name and that all I had were the order details. Despite my explanation, she insisted that I needed to present a name as shown in the app. I attempted to show her the details once again, but she refused to hand over the food.

This led to a frustrating back-and-forth conversation in which I reiterated that the app did not request my name. Ultimately, she went to check the pickup bag, and when she found one with the name I had mentioned, she finally handed it to me—but did so with an attitude. I was left feeling quite frustrated, as it seemed unreasonable to require a name when my order details clearly indicated that I had placed the order. Even after sharing my name with her, she still insisted on seeing it on the order details, which left me feeling quite unhappy with the entire situation. ☹️

On 3-16-25 @12:55 we ordered 8 piece chicken family meal spicy. ID#5739ED612A50
It was disgusting. Very oily. Tasted old and it looked liked it was reheated. Even the Rice and beans tasted old. It's the second time they do this! I have bought chicken in Riverside and it didn't taste like this. It was fresh.
