We ordered 3 pizzas, wings and salads. When we first were handed our order we were only given our wings and had to ask for the pizzas. Then realized they didn’t give us our salads and had to go back in to ask for those as well. Getting the salads took another 30 minutes! This was so disappointing because we like the food here but this place is so disorganized and it takes along time to get an employee to even come to the register and then even longer to get all the food we paid for. What should be an easy simple transaction became a hassle and not worth the price of the food. Management needs to train employees better and care about the customer service being provided. We may not return after this experience. We shared our story with friends and family and found out they’ve stopped coming here because of the poor service.

We placed a pick-up order online this past Monday, the 18th. This was our first time ordering from this location. We ordered a pan pizza and twists. The first pizza we were given was regular crust instead of the pan crust that we'd ordered. So we brought it back in. It took 25 minutes to get the pizza remade. Our original pick-up time was 11 am and the restaurant was not busy at the time. Our 2nd pizza was also made incorrectly. Rather than ask to have it made a 3rd time and have to wait another half hour, we decided to just take it. I really should have just asked for a refund and called it a day. I regret not doing so. The pizza tasted like it had been baked on a filthy pizza pan. We end up throwing the pizza and the twists away. Total waste of money. As we were walking out, an employee gave us a piece of paper with a "Boycott Round Table" website. Once we looked at the website we really regretted ordering. We definitely will not be back to this location.

Walked in for a sit down lunch and was told to wait while my table was ready yet nobody was there. While waiting two people walked right in and sat down. By the time we got seated the people who walked in were already being served. They brought our drinks and pizza with no plates. Had to wait for the waiter to finally come by to say we never got our garlic bread. They have the cook make the bread then bring it out. Drink was empty and the waiter would not come back by for re-fills. Wasn't offered a re-fill till we paid the bill. Bad experience and they were even busy. Definitely won't be returning

This particular round table is delicious. They have their own house ranch and it's to die for they have a pretty good gaming area for the kids and a nice centralized bar. Very different from the usual round table.Kid-friendliness: They have a medium-sized arcade. It's not too bad. Kids could get a little fun out of it

Their food is always good, the staff are very friendly, and they have a full bar.2/20/23 No bartender on staff tonight so they were only serving beer, which was okay that's usually what I have to drink anyway. Tonight my wife and I split their fries with bacon and cheese which was plenty for two people and really good.

First of all I have to say we are loyal fans to round table. So happy when they opened this location. Went there today and was so sad for this location. Even though only 1/4 of the tables were occupied on a Saturday night service was still slow. Sat at a table that was dirty! Then had to walk to the bar myself to order a drink. Had to ask the staff if I should go and order at the bar again since no one came to check on us. The arcade is a joke. I gave my kids $20 and some machines were not working. It's about $2 a game and you can't get prizes unless you spend an exorbitant amount. Mixed drink tasted watered down and was over ten bucks each for each. Not top shelf either. I would like to say at least the pizza formula is the same but it still seemed like not worth the money with customer service and overpriced drinks and games.
