Yaamava' Resort & Casino

I recently visited the Yamaba Casino, and I strongly felt that the refund rate for slot machines has become abnormally low, unlike in the past. I suspect that they are sacrificing the win rate of their customers to cover the vast labor and operating costs. It seems that California Indian casinos are taking advantage of the fact that they are not obligated to disclose refund rates. Everyone should be especially careful with their usage, and our consumers should also demand transparent operations.
I used the hotel after it opened, and compared to the Las Vegas hotel, it felt like it was second-rate, but the price was even more expensive.

It's a terrible experience time and again. A person should go with over $5,000. To see if he won one hundred after fronting $4,000. Every time every visit no matter what so cal casino. Negative experience for life.

Had good luck and machines were paying out...

Food court concept is terribly inefficient and cafeteria like. Haven't been here in a while. You can only order at kiosk, you cannot go to each food station and pick your food. Hundreds of people order on kiosk, then we wait to pickup. Such a long wait for food. Just bring back old system and bring in good foosystem that know for to run it and let us get our food in 5 min not 45 min. Should fire that person who changed this. And then buffet you have to make reservations. Why so difficult to get food. It just means less time for us at the tables.

First time there, it was for Kelly Chen concert. The buffet is good, quality is good, service is excellent, except the line if waiting is si long, even though I came much early than the restaurant open, but still too long for waiting.

Rooms is great, services are good, it is close location for gateway.

Love this casino great atmosphere the only thing is the parking. Especially handicapped parking!!!!! Please people if you're not really handicapped please don't take up the handicapped spaces. Many who use passes are not truly I'm need of them and it really sucks trying to get out of my car and onto my wheelchair when I can't open the door all the way because all the handicap spots were taken. Speaking for myself I would greatly appreciate it if you didn't use a handicap space unless you truly need one. So overall yes I recommend this casino.

This place provide a great customer experience. Their guests mea n alot to them from the time you arrive till you leave, they give u the attention you desire.
Alot of food selection from fine dining to casual all in this place. And all the slot machines definitely will keep us coming.

I have been here before but, I had some family out of town Visit here. It’s a lot better than the Vegas Casinos!! Good Job. Some things were somewhat bothersome..
While I was playing a game in the what I was told the old non smokers room/ area and there was a slot channel in there and while walking out the channel was live and very annoying when they were playing talking so loud with their subs.. But, as I said we were leaving and the older lady who had her phone walking around by the exit she was live and she should be pointing her device to the ground and not filming people who didn’t give their consent as they are walking around in the gaming area. My friend was upset and felt our privacy was violated by that slot channel being careless walking around with her phone live.
Maybe, set areas for them to stream or certain times and not filming people who didn’t give their consent! Point their devices on the ground while walking around. Join their lives streams and see what’s going on. Thats the reason for my low rating. I agree with the other review about the traffic- yes, busy times but something safer needs to be done for those busy times with the traffic. The residential community members probably don’t t like it too.

Rooms way to basic to be so insanely priced. Service ok except when they do the cashing out of machines Very Rudely insist u cash out immediately.

Dinner and gaming before a concert. Easy parking in the structure with a quick walk to the casino. Lots of fun slots from a penny, nickel, quarters. Dinner with reservation was convenient, good food. Theater easy to find and walk to from any part of the casino. Lots of conveniently located and clean bathrooms. Other than the fun of people-watching on the Strip, no need to drive up to Vegas.

Attended the Janet Jackson concert at the Yaamava Theatre. The theatre is nice,, seats comfortable with good leg room.
