Since this place changed their name to yaamava casino, the machines became tight and the service is very poor. Staff is always short in the cashier even during the most busy times. The hand pay jackpots are so long to pay. The service in the bar of the staff in the vault is very poor. There is one guy named david a bartender who does not even smile or talk at all. The vault is where i play exclusive for the diamond and turquoise players but the service is very bad. I once used the restroom at noontime when it is not even busy time, about 10 people were Playing and the cleaning lady called a security guard because i was in there for 10 minutes. The security guard came and harassed me to get out NoW! I had some friends who came with me last time and was rudely told they cannot go inside and play because they donot have diamond or turquoise cards. Very discriminatory. The staff in the Serrano buffet are all rude especially the ones in the front and the cashiers too. However, the waitresses are all nice and hard working. The food in the buffet sucks! The pines which used to be their prime steakhouse restaurant is not even good anymore. The food has become low in quality. The machines are rigged especially when you have the card inside the machine and if not, seems like there is someone inside monitoring and changed the machine outcome. They don’t like players who win. The gambling commission should check this place but i guess this is an indian casino so no one is checking on them.

My wife received a complimentary night at the Yaamava’ hotel! The room is beautiful. We made reservations at the pines restaurant services was great the food is delicious. The casino is 2 floors.

Not a good experience. Went to see Black Crowes nice Venue. We went early to have dinner but every restaurant was busy and had hours wait time. They recommended we order for take out. No other option we went to Starbucks. Ordered a refresher and after paying we’re told they didn’t have ingredients to make what we ordered.

Pretty Cool Casino in SoCal! HUGE. I did get a little lost a couple times but luckily the staff here was LOVELY and very professional. There is PLENTY to do, I came here on a Tuesday morning so there is probably a little more to do on the weekends.

Very crowded. Mostly video machines. No lounging areas with sports to watch and relax. Very few eating options. BBQ restaurant mediocre quality. "New" shopping....really? What shopping? Overall, very disappointed. Will not return any time soon.

Beautiful place. Safety protocols followed. Clean. Friendly. Spacious. A little too dark. But you do lose all concept of time. Parking was a little confusing. I would definitely visit again

This casino is very nice. The casino itself is very clean and is huge. The casino floor is bigger than most Las Vegas casinos. They have tons of slot machines as well as table games. It is a real fun vibe inside there. The bottom floor is designed and decorated very nicely. The second floor as a real cool younger vibe to it. Half of the top floor is a rock themed area with big huge paintings of musicians and rock bands all over the place. The vibe and the bar upstairs is higher energy and real fun. My biggest complaint is the drink prices are all pretty high compared to other casinos. Also the parking garage is very confusing as far as their directions and exiting. Overall this is a great casino.
