This was my first time visited Yaamava Resort And Casino and we got there around lunch time,So we chose Serrano Vista Cafe for our first meal and this is my personal opinion. Food : I had Hot Honey Pepperoni Flatbread.I love it! It was decent portion and came out hot! And delicious! My hubby got Pastrami Sandwich and Oh Mannnnn it look so good and It was soooo good as well. Service : Fantastic! I can’t remember our waitress’s name but she was great! And I got everything I asked for. Vibe : Clean,Nice and modern.Like Modern diners. Overall we’re very happy with this place and this meal.Definitely come back next time we’re at Yaamava for sure.

5/24/2025 Came here with a friend to do a little gambling as I typically do,.. & we stopped to have dinner at Serrano Vista Cafe, as I typically do,.. Located directly adjacent to the gambling floor it is very convenient eating here during these visits. Staff here are always professional and very attentive. Food here is always prepared perfectly, or to your preference. It's never more than 20 - 30 minutes wait time. Likewise, this visit there was a 30 minute wait, however it is nice to be able to gamble during said wait. Great customer service as per usual. Facilities clean and well kept. However, there is are no restrooms located in the cafe, they are directly outside the Cafe, on the game floor. I personally love their salmon dishes. My friends favorite is always the spaghetti! Our wait person was excellent. We had breakfast. The food was on point. The pancakes were the best I've ever had and I'm 80. The eggs were perfectly cooked (basted). The catchup in the little bottles was a real treat. I do think the wait staff should be allowed to sample all the food to be able to honestly recommend or comment on the quality.

Nathan and Jose "helped me out". Machine malfunctioned and part of my free play disappeared. I went to desk for help. After 45 mins they said can't do anything. You can take my money but can't honor your offers and fix YOUR system errors. I'm gonna take a break from here for a while. I had $350 left to gamble I'm cutting my 20 dollar Los and heading home. Bad customer service. I was there to make a reservation for lunch for 11 am. One of the staff members told me to wait a minute to take my name..she went away and never returned. I waited 10 min just to make a reservation. At 11:08 I arrived at the waiting line. By the time I got to the front it was 11:16. They told me that my name was taken off the list because it was over 15 min late and I had to be on the waiting list. What kind of bs is this? Just bad customer service. Never going back!

We went to a Godsmack concert at Yaamava last night and after went to find some food and was told by a staff member about Serrano Vista Cafe. This was a good choice, the hostess was nice and helpful, their was a couple of them up front. Our waitress was so pretty, sweet, helpful and professional, her name is Tyra. The bartender gave me a new drink, that was great, when I didn't care for the one I had picked, just didn't suit my taste buds, but he was a good bartender. I would for sure recommend going here for food, it was so delicious, a little upper scale on prices if you get like steak or ribs, but well worth it, that is what we had. Very good. Go and check them out.
