I recently visited the Serrano Vista Cafe at Yaamava' and was left quite disappointed with my experience. Despite the cafe's potential and its location within the resort, the service and food quality severely lacked.Upon arrival, I noticed about five staff members idling at the front, seemingly preparing to seat customers who weren't there. Meanwhile, I stood waiting for assistance with a to-go order, but regrettably, none of the staff members acknowledged my presence or offered help. This lack of attention to guests is unacceptable and contrasts sharply with the service standards I've encountered in other areas of the resort.The food quality did not redeem the poor service either. Describing the dishes as "very mediocre" might even be generous. I've had more enjoyable meals at a Denny's, which says a lot about the lackluster offerings here. The cafe has also revamped its to-go setup, but not for the better. A staff member should be designated to manage to-go orders at all times, rather than socializing in the back. This change not only hinders efficiency but also diminishes the guest experience.Overall, my visit to Serrano Vista Cafe was far from satisfactory. The cafe's staff seemed indifferent to guests, and the food was underwhelming. It's disheartening to see such a venue not living up to the service standards that are presumably upheld across the rest of the resort. I hope the cafe takes this feedback to heart and makes necessary improvements to match the quality one would expect from such a distinguished location.

Went to play and my aunt Lucky won a jackpot so we stopped by and got us some dinner and drinks I ordered the filet Mignon and let me tell you it’s the best steak I’ve ever had and I’ve been to the best restaurants who claim they have good steak and well cannot compare. I recommend this place and will definitely come back for another visit.

We had a reservation at 8:15 pm at the Serrano cafe in January 28, 2024 and the manager Angi was very discriminative, rude, dishonest to us. We ask her if we can have the table next to our friends, she said that there is no servers on that table, but after two minutes they gave that table to other people. Also, we asked her if we can talk with her manager and she told us that her manager is not working, but we ask the other server if we can talk with Angi’s manager kindly she called her manager and Thea immediately came. Angi’s attitude is unacceptable and we are very disappointed that we have been treated like this.

Delicious spaghetti and meatballs for dinner plus scrumptious New York steak breakfast! The atmosphere was classy although the dinner table had a few scuffs and scratches it will look even more luxurious with cloth over the tables. The New York steak was so soft and tasty. Service was fast I will come back for the steak again !

Food is very good with a more than decent atmosphere but it is by far some of the worst service you can come across, most employees are very slow, some of them can have an attitude and it's probably because they get tired of people asking "how much longer to be seated" even if you have reservations. It's a bummer that they are by far one of the slowest establishments you will come across. Probably could use better management if I had to guess.

Not Ashamed

Wow what a horrible experience for takeout now. They changed everything for the worst and yes I'm including the quality of the food they offer for takeout. All guest should be entitled to the same quaility menu! My money is just as green whether or not i sit or take home. Their new menu is a shortcut and disgusting disgrace. Don't be lazy Serrano Vista bring back the real desserts and food choices for people who want to enjoy at home you charge enough to make it work this is unacceptable

They recently redesigned The area where food is picked up for 2 go orders. The quality has changed drastically, but not the prices. The cheesecake was all of a sudden high school cafeteria quality disgusting. Tasted very generic. The lady at the pick up window was extremely rude. I tipped 25% And this was a to go order mind you,and she had so much attitude. None of my condiments were in the bag and when I asked for them she rolled her eyes and didn't bring me enough. Example I asked for tobacco sauce she gave me one packet I ordered soup that was pictured with breadsticks on the side she gave me one pack of saltine crackers. I asked about it and she said oh yeah the pictures wrong thats what you get now. Order was over 40 dollars and it wasn't worth 20. I'm so upset with the decline to the menu and the decline of service. I used to love this place. Dining guest Beware. This is not the place it was. I'm so angry just thinking about it.Update!! They responded as you can see it must be an automated response because I went to the website listed and couldn't find where to het ahold of them so i called them up. And the manager immediately put me on hold. When she picked back up couldn't care less did not listen to what i had to say at all made a quick standard emotionless apology and said there's nothing she could do . Then why did the response say it wanted to hear from me?! So I can have another helping of your awful customer service that was the problem all along. They are so frustrating ?

Abby is my favorite waitress there - always happy to see me, super friendly, gets my order right every time, very attentive to all my needs. Food is great tasting and hot - which is a must! My go-to place to eat while I am at Yaamava.

Victor was my server . He was cute and kind . I got the cobb salad ? and garlic herb fries both delicious ?. If i ever come back to yaamava im coming back . The garlic herb fries was the best i ever had unless i was really hungry ?
