The staff here is very friendly! They always say good morning to me when I walk in and know me by name. My drink is always perfect and they always offer me a straw. I always submit a mobile order and they always have someone at the counter to hand me my drink which I appreciate since I am on my way to work. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks if you want great customer service, quality products, and fast service!

Leslie at the drive thru is the best!!! Every time I go there, she remembers who I am. If not busy, she will actually engage with you. I appreciate Leslie for her excellent customer service.

Collin understood the assignment when I asked for extra, extra, extra caramel and extra whipped cream in my drink. When I ask for this at other Starbucks, all I see on the slip is: line cup with caramel, and there's hardly any extra in my drink. Thank you, Collin, for making my drink perfectly and the way that I asked for it. You definitely know how to keep a customer happy.

Stopped in to get a drink and use the restroom. The dining room was empty. I asked for the code to use the restroom. I was ignored by three people. After asking three times, I was acknowledged, and the batista said I need to purchase something. I told her I had planned to, and I needed to use the restroom first. When I returned I asked to speak to the manager. She said it's their policy to only let paying customers use the restroom. I picked up the managers business cards. What happened to greeting your guests and offering service. I did not tip by the way.
