If I could give them -10 stars I would. I cannot believe the disrespect I was shown by the employees. My 4 month old baby and I decided to go for a walk to the store. I guess I didn't realize how far away the store was (or how hot it was outside) because by the time we got to the shopping center I was drenched in sweat and he was pink in the face. I went into Starbucks to ask for an ice water and Anthony refused to give me water of any kind unless I made some kind of a purchase. Unfortunately I don't currently have the funds to be wasting on Starbucks drinks but did offer as much as a dollar for some cold water. He still refused even after I googled the legality of his refusal (or I should say il-legality) he didn't care and still refused to provide me with even a little bit of water. I'm calling cooperate after I finish this review. Don't come to this location or any starbucks. Why give money to a business that won't even give cold water to an overheated mother and her infant child.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks, primarily due to poor customer service from an employee named Sheila. I asked for ice and was told I needed to make a purchase, which I understood. I explained that I was looking for a specific cup and spent several minutes scrolling through hundreds of photos to find it. When I finally showed her the picture, she simply walked away without saying a word.

I had already told her the cup wasn’t on the shelf. It would’ve saved us both time if she had just mentioned that it was out of stock from the start. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and frustrated.

Even after trying to buy a $35 cup, I was told I couldn’t get the ice unless I bought that exact cup—which wasn’t available. That kind of policy, combined with such disengaged service, makes it clear this location doesn’t value customer experience.

I’ll be finishing off my rewards points and taking my daughter, significant other, family and friends else where. I won’t even buy coffee here anymore, and this visit just confirmed why.

My daughter and I went inside in the evening to use the restroom. This location is not in the greatest area and felt Starbucks would be the safest place to stop. When I asked for the code to the restroom, the young male said I'd have to purchase something in order to use the restroom. I know this rule was put in place to limit the transients in the area from using the restroom. My daughter and I were clearly not transients. I have been a paying customer many times at this location. However, now because my daughter and I were denied a basic human right to use the pubic restroom, you have now lost a customer. Gotta use some common sense if your gonna be working in customer service.

No outlets, defeats the whole purpose of being able to have a coffee and get some work done

Driving thru this town, the Starbucks let me order "pickup" from the app but then when you get there it's drive thru only and a line of fifteen cars. Skip this one and go to another Starbucks!

The only gril cashier at 5:30pm on 11/6/24 was rude as hell ask for a bagel well done and she gave it to me and asked her if she could please do a because it wasn’t. She got mad so she over toasted it on purpose the wrong side of the bagel and just toss it in the counter. She wears big eye goasses

Unfortunately although it’s called Starbucks the workers there don’t hold them selves to the same standard. Passing through this town by far the worst customer service I have ever Expierenced by a Starbucks. Specifically the girl with the red hair very rude and unprofessional.

I went into Starbucks to place an order and asked if I could use the bathroom before ordering. They said no, that the bathrooms were closed all day for all customers. They looked me up and down, which felt like terrible customer service. There was no reason for me to be treated like an unwelcome person. What I've really been missing is the comfort of a nice bathroom. All 3 employees were very unwelcoming.
