Gave it another try, ordered on app. Order 2 drinks, coffee nothing special why is they told me ready to go on app. Went to pick up only one coffee ready and still they forgot to add sugar and cream. Only sugar and cream and can’t get it right. Then when asked kindly to fix. Look at me like I’m wrong. Zero stars come on customer service.

Came for a mobile order and when picked up the food item was cold I asked to have it warmed up and the barista became annoyed. She snatched the item out of my hand. I was left speechless…

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks since it’s been built. I didn’t want to get down, so I went through the drive-thru. I got my drink and drove off, but realized it wasn’t made right. No big deal I just wanted what I paid for, so I got down and went inside. The employee was helping another customer with an issue with their drink, so I waited to tell her my problem.When I explained it, she didn’t say anything she just grabbed my drink, walked away, and came back a moment later and only added what looked like a no caramel at all before handing it back. By the time I had gotten out of my car and waited for her to help the other customer, my drink was already melted from the heat outside.  It was honestly just an inconvenience since the whole reason I went through the drive-thru was so I wouldn’t have to get out of my car. I also wasn’t given any apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. As someone who works in management and customer service, I understand mistakes happen it’s just about how you fix them and how you help a paying customer.

This store/ managing team need to take more time training the baristas, I encountered such a negative experience today picking up my mobile order, I believe the baristas name was Isaiah, from the start he was rude and passive aggressive. He got my items wrong and complained while doing his job. Felt very uncomfortable with the way he was being, will not be returning to this location and filling a complain.

Staff needs to be retrained on what a “splash” of heavy cream means. I ordered an ice double espresso with a splash of heavy cream and got heavy cream with a splash of espresso. The drive thru took so long that I didn’t have time to go back in and ask them to remake it.

The staff was very polite and welcoming! I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they drew a cute picture on the cup. This store is definitely one of the best locations I’ve been too.

Starbucks is situated in a great area, but unfortunately, there is no parking available. I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently found the morning staff to be exceptional; they provide outstanding service. However, the staff later in the day are not as welcoming. One staff member, who has a ponytail and appears to be older, often runs around and chats, which makes her seem less focused. I believe her name is Melissa.
