They get my order wrong nearly every time as well as made my family sick for the night after we got our normal drinks. The store manager has also been rude to few of the locals that live close to this location. Also they closed down the window a few times so when we had walked their They give me a hard time about giving me the drink I paid for on the app ..If your not giving orders through the window make it known on the app or do better training on customer service when it comes to these situations.

Employee NEEVAAH is super rude she has no manners, I asked for a caramel macchiato upside down it wasn’t upside down and she mixed it in-front of me like I couldn’t do that but I was in my work clothes, she did it sarcastically never has an employee done that they always mix it in another cup, like I said RUDE then another time she didn’t even want to scan my Starbucks stars on my app, every-time she has ever helped me she has been rude and disrespectful.

i have severe anxiety so that's why people invented mobile order !!! that's why people like me order ahead so all we can do is pick up !!! i placed an mobile order here in advance because having conversations one on one with people gives me anxiety immediately when i told the drive thru i was to pick up my mobile order she said come to the window i came to the window picked up my drink and she proceeded to give me a whole lecture on how i should order my drink next time and how i should add this and that and mind you it was a regular caramel macchiato upside down iced ????????? i was confused on why she was going on for 5 minutes giving me a talk on how to order my drink proper . after this experience here never again will go here she was plain rude and this exactly why people order ahead on the mobile app because people like her ruin other peoples day . and you might think this is extra but people like me with issues really exist in this world shame on you
