When this location first opened they were so on point. Their customer service has definitely gone down the drain. The line is so long and they get your drinks wrong every time. The employees they had when they first opened were so nice and friendly and now it's like you bother them with your order. Reason I find this location convenient is due to how close it is to my home but honestly I would not return again. On my latest trip they couldn't even fill my Trenta drink...
