I managed to receive the oldest, hardest, most stale bread. All of my vegetables were near frozen. I've never had a bad sandwich from subway before. Well now I have 😑

I was charged extra for additional I asked for and they weren’t added. The bread wasn’t toasted. The phone # on Google is constantly busy. Yet the ph # on the receipt just goes straight to a voicemail. (They’re 2 different #’s). I submitted all my information on the receipt on the Subway website and have yet to hear anything back. Will go elsewhere going forward.

Terrible attention, I have visited the place twice and I have been served by really unpleasant people, you ask for one thing and they give you another, I will not visit this place again, completely disgusting!
We ordered from DoorDash decided to pick up the order because those are 45 minutes for the Larry when my husband got home the back was sealed when he got home there we were missing drinks. The sandwiches are cold, poor quality and they’re not even cut in half made us sick to our stomach don’t order from this place.

Ordered the turkey sandwich and meal and presto when he was making the pretzel and finished it asked him Isent the pretzel suppose to have the butter and salt on it he decided to have a little debate on it and said churros have the salt on them but who wants a salty churro and continued to pack the pretzel with no salt or butter and also put fridge cold cheddar cheese in the container I guess I had to be polite while paying for a product that was never finished and paid to be debated definitely not coming here no one order a churro it might have salt on it

We had been disappointed in this store near the Walmart before, but the Baseline and 5th St. were already closed. I ordered a tuna sub for my daughter. She likes lots of pickles, some peppercini, and tomatoes. I wasn't watching and asked if he put lots of pickles. He said, "I can give you some on the side". I replied, how kind, thank you. I took the bag to my daughter at home. The next day, she told me that this Subway put only one scanty scoop of tuna on the bread as compared to the normal three scoops the others use. Then she asked me why I bought extra pickles for $1.99. WHAT! I didn't. That server manipulate ed/cheated me! He NEVER said anything about a charge! What a ripoff. I'll never go there again.

Didn’t make my order right and the veggies didn’t taste fresh just felt like they were sitting there for weeks
Ordered 2 tuna sandwiches for my mom and caregiver (because the caregiver can't leave her patient) and they made one sandwich completely wrong... not even tuna- it was some weird chicken concoction. Unfortunately neither person eats meat... so the sandwich was thrown away. Called the store to ask for a new sandwich (or a replacement, and was given the opportunity to take back the wrong sandwich) the manager would NOT replace the order! WOW! With the cost of food, service charges and delivery fees + Tipping the driver... I'm very disappointed!!! Do better subway!

This store is terrible for customers service! When talking to a customer you should know when someone is DEAF and intends to ask for paper to write or either typing on the phone. The meat are SUPPOSED to SEPARATE for the sauce and the vegetables are all icy! Disgusting!

He doesn’t help when you first enter. He does his own things and made us wait about 8 minutes before he started helping us. When we ask him to put light anything he won’t listen. I have to loudly and repeatedly say stop that’s not what I said. It’s very frustrating.
