Every time im come here literally my food had been horrible and they rush u at the window b4 u can even get a word in ...they mess up on my order and have been coming here for years !

Order food here and it went straight to the trash . The mashed potatoes were so water down that my gravy had a thicker viscosity then the mashed potatoes didn’t even get a receipt so I couldn’t request a refund . Worst experience ever never go here and waste your money

Very disappointed! They advised the Luxe Box but told my husband they don’t sell them there. So he bought everything individually. The burrito was cold with just sour cream in it. The rest was basically a bean burrito. I threw it away. Chalupa had no cheese but lots of lettuce. Definitely won’t be going back.

They were not outright bad service they just weren't good. No napkins, no cutlery, no diet drinks including unsweetened tea. They were churlish and when you are kind you would hope they would be also.
I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years, always hoping it'll finally get better—and every time, I'm disappointed. The tacos are always broken, barely have any meat, and they forget the lettuce half the time. The Mexican Pizzas are a total mess with cheese thrown all over the place like someone made it blindfolded. And don’t get me started on the Baja Blast—never available. How is it “fan favorite” if you never have it? This place is the definition of inconsistent and careless. I’ve given it more chances than I should have. Never again.

They were preparing the food with bare hands and half their stuff was out or unavailable to order . They didn’t put 2 items from 2 of the meals we ordered and had to go back to grab them . Waited 10 minutes for it.
