The only complaint I have is that I didn't get a spoon. I didn't get a butter. I didn't get any napkins. Other than the bad service. I really enjoyed that mystery. It was clean and the bathroom was nice scenery from the windows. It's a good KFC. The best KFC around is the wine in Redlands. The worst KFC around is the one Off of rancho Avenue exit Colton.

Will you all know I don't really go to Taco Bell at all but I like to say this one here has everything fresh as can be the tacos were hot and crispy the Hi-C tropical punch was very delicious and you got the option to order from KFC as well so I got the large french fries on the side and they were delicious crunchy light flavorful like the chicken they serve it wasn't greasy oily too much of my surprise everything was on point so if you guys are in that part of the woods check it out if the good place to go to. The lady that's always helping me her name is Bianca and she's is awesome her work crew gets it done ?

Not closed but should be!Terrible service.We went 08/18/23 at 6:15 pmNo other cars in drive thruOrdered at the drive thru menu, was told total would be given at the first window, got to the window but they had our order incorrect, reordered our order, paid, was told to wait at this window and they would get our order started. About 5 minutes later another employee came to the window and asked what we had ordered, so we told him our order again and was told a different total, I said we had already paid , he then said we should drive to the second window to wait for our food, after getting up to the second window we waited about 2 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us snd then we're asked what we ordered yet again!At this point my patience was wearing thin. I asked for my money back but they handed me an order so I thought ok. When we checked the order it was incomplete. So I parked and went in to return the order and get my money back.Was greeted very rudely by an employee when I said I want my money back.She took the food, threw it away and disappeared for 4 minutes as I stood at the counter waiting for my money, then another employee came up and asked if we paid cash or card. finally got my money back and will never return to this location.

This is the worst store I've been to. They don't have half the stuff on the menu, once you pay they make you wait at that window to get your food ready before ypu pull up to the pick up window to lower their drive thru times. The staff are rude and then they don't give you everything you order.

This place is horrible. Service sucks all my food was cold when receiving it. I asked for a Doritos locos supreme and they didn't even give me this. I'm never going to this location ever again. SUCKS ASS!!!

This place is disgusting. The tables and floors were gross and had not been cleaned. It was full of flies everywhere I had to go to my car and eat. One of the workers had her kid there and she was running around the entire place. Completely disgusting and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and just don’t go here.

Whoever owns this establishment needs a wake up call. We ate there today and the service is bad, the food is subpar. The oil is old, the place is always dirty. I can't really blame the employees if the owner doesn't care. Leadership starts at the top, obviously and this place doesn't have it. The booths are always dirty, there's flies flying around the room. Come on, no wonder it only has one star.
