HORRIBLE!!!
If you want your food to be cold, then come order from here. On top of that, you have to wait about 10-15 minutes in the parking lot for them to give you the order…despite no one else at the drive-thru. Actually, this is not the first time it’s happened to us & frustrating since we were craving Taco Bell. It’s unfair that these employees are too damn lazy & incompetent to do their jobs properly. All for the literal expensive price we paid, unbelievable! Never coming here again, that’s for sure.

The diet has improved a little, but cleanliness is almost not very important in that place.

Food was cold, service was horrible. I waited 10 minutes to get help. Everyone was in the back talking to each other. The atmosphere was scary. This area is filled with homelessness.

Kid-friendliness: Sure but the area is very scary

After putting in my order I waited and looked for someone to pay. After feeling dumb waiting, nobody came out. So I backed up about 2 feet and continued to wait. While waiting, another customer came in and needed help on the kiosk. I helped her, and then we both continued waiting. After about 8-10 a guy came out and asked if we ordered. We said yes and we were waiting there for a while. He said we had to pay before they put the order in. We said we were waiting for someone, anyone, to help us. How could we pay if nobody was there. He then took our payment and we soon received our orders. It seemed like only drive thru was getting any attention. Someone should always be aware of inside customers. This was not good. Not all people are familiar with kiosk, especially seniors.

I made a online order and when I arrive at the location I see two employees seating at the dining room each in there own table so I assumed they were on brake understandable ok but as I get to the register no one was upfront and I waited at least for 2 minutes to get helped when I can clearly see one of the employees seating down in the office so if I able to see her I don't understand how she didn't see me at the register so another employee walked toward the drive thru windows that's when she acknowledged I was there and asked one of her co workers to help me and told her I had a online order and when she handed it to me no bag first of all and it was a craving box and I'm on foot so as a worker I expect it to be professional and have what I asked for in my order so decided not to ask for sauce when I get home no sauce no fork and no napkins very unprofessional I've ordered many times in other taco bells and always get my order right but here even the food was messy but I had already purchased it so had to eat it very bad experience

They are now charging for water cups, no other Taco Bell does that
The thing that Taco Bell has no control of is this is a rough part of town. What they do have control of is hiring acceptable staff. This young lady was either an imbecile or high as hell. My bill was $6.00.
I gave her $11.00, she tried to give me back a dollar. I told her I wanted to get a five dollar bill for the homeless lady. It took (What seemed to be 5 minutes) to get my change. After getting my order I asked for some salt, four times she finally said they don't have salt.
Before you assume that there was a language barrier and I'm a jerk.
She had light colored hair and spoke perfect English.
At $20.00 per hour. Don't go to work stupid or high.
My burrito was perfect and a substantial size.

I don't think it is right for a company to force customers to order through the kiosk if they do not want to. We aren't being paid to take orders we are paying to order. I watched as an elderly couple struggle to place their order through the kiosk. I witnessed another couple just walk out because the cashier told them to order through the kiosk and walked away. I understand it was installed for convenience, but sometimes technology isn't continent. And it isn't the customers fault when management does not employ enough people to cover necessary shift positions. Customers should not be penalized for poor management.
Besides that, when the food is made, they don't call the names loud enough for customers to hear. And the bathroom was a disaster. I didn't even bither to use it. I just walked out.
