The Pines Modern Steakhouse

I am a frequent customer at the Pines and ran into the most unprofessional and rude hostess I've ever experienced. As I was leaving, I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me and said I was making her feel uncomfortable. Her hair was covering her name tag so I couldn't get a her name to file a complaint. She is heavy set with brown curly hair and wears glasses. I asked to speak to a manager. Chad came out and did nothing. He said she is not obligated to give her name and dismissed my complaint.

This restaurant is consistently amazing regarding food, ambiance, and service. We had Phillip and Alysa. They have great customer service and personalities. They are very attentive. Alysa anticipates the needs of the customer to advocate for a great customer experience. Breanna manager was very accommodating and sweet. Highly recommended and FYI the bone in Ribeye is the best.

My partner and I recently came here to celebrate our anniversary and Father’s Day. We ordered the calamari ( was a bit on the salty side for me, but was good), the burger, and the fish with asparagus. Everything was divine she service was exceptional

This is a very good steakhouse.

Make sure you ask for Scott as your waiter. He is absolutely fantastic.

Everything we tried was very good. You can't go wrong here.

This is definitely the best restaurant in the casino.

This is our first time at Yaamava and it’s our first time here at Pines Steakhouse.Let see what I think.
Food : Amazing! My husband got A4 American Wagyu and he loved it.Beef was tender and cooked exactly the way my husband want.I got Miso Glaze Sea Bass and it’s really really good.And we also shared a wedge salad which was yummy.
Service : Billy was our waiter and he was great! My wine glass never empty! And he will answer every questions you have.Thanks Billy.
Vibe : Clean,Calm and high end.I love it.
FYI : If you want to order a bottle of wine and don’t think you could finish it like I did.They don’t allow you to take it out of the restaurant on your own.Server will arrange with casino security to go with you when you leave.Either take your wine to the room if you stay there or if you don’t stay there like us,The security will go with you to your car and make sure you put that bottle in your trunk and come back to casino with you (If you still wanna play) No big deal but just remember that.I think they just don’t want you to open the bottle and start drink it on the casino floor (I think)
Overall This place is another great steakhouse that you should try.

Pines Steakhouse at Yaamava never disappoints! The food is absolutely amazing—every time I go, the steak is cooked to perfection. I’ve never once needed a sauce, which says everything about the quality and flavor. Their Jalapeño Pineapple Spicy Margaritas are perfection in a glass—balanced, bold, and just the right amount of heat.

Shoutout to Billy, one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Whether it’s a date night, celebration, or just treating yourself to something great, Pines always delivers.

All the waiters at the bar where fabulous, they knew the menu from top to bottom and explained everything in details. Service was quick and the service was over the top.

Adriana has superb customer service. She is always pleasant, and her smile exuberating. She’s very abreast with the menu and helpful when I need assistance with choosing the best selection for my taste.

Let me start with how disappointing my experience was . I drove 80 miles to meet my sister for dinner at The Pines steakhouse at Yaamava resort casino . We were 20 minutes early for our reservation the lady at the front desk told us to come back in 20 minutes ( I didn’t see any other guest waiting . She didn’t even attempt to see if there was a table available ). I didn’t like that, but we left I set a timer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we went back while we waited to be seated my sister realized she had left her driver’s license at home. We both have lots of points on our players cards and vouchers that we wanted to use that evening . My sister had her daughter send her a picture of her license but we were told by the manager on duty that they needed the Physical card that she would get fired if she didn’t follow the Pines steak house policy. I could have used my points and vouchers but out of principle we just left. I was so looking forward to having a nice dinner we had been planning it for a while but we have such different work schedules and I live so far .

Dinner reservations before the Lupita D'Alessio concert proved to be an excellent decision. We received exceptional service from the host, our server Carlos, and even the Latina lady ensuring the restrooms were clean. The dishes were generously portioned, particularly the seafood tower. This steakhouse comes highly recommended, and ask for Carlos to ensure outstanding service.

This was my first time at Pines Modern Steakhouse and my first time at Yaamava Casino to attend a concert. What a treat!! This spot is truly a GEM!!

From the moment you walk through the front entrance, you are warmly greeted by the attentive staff. There is a nice sized bar with plenty of seating and nice chairs. The ambiance is very nice. The dining room has ample seating, and also some private dining booths.

Now let's talk about the food!!..EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! From the mini poke cones to the delicious desserts. I had The Pines Steakhouse Burger. Let me just say that it is worth every penny!! And the truffle fries are amazing!! Others in my party had the Grilled Jumbo Prawns (delicious), the Sea Bass & the rib eye (both also delicious). We also shared a variety of sides like the asparagus, a loaded baked potato, and more fries!!

And to finish it off (although we were stuffed), we had the Macaron Ice Cream Sandwiches. Even if you don't like macaroni, you must try this!! It came on a cute little serving "tree" with a variety of flavors. (Lemon was my favorite.) If you haven't guessed it yet, I really enjoyed this place. The food and service were top notch and I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

Parking: Multi level parking lot next to the casino. They do offer a shuttle service.

Beautiful ? ambiance and staff amazing as well as well trained. Our long bone steak was a bit over cooked however the manager was quick to apologize and take the cost off our check. I insisted that was not necessary but she would not have it any other way. Additionally, she added a comp for our next visit as a good faith gesture. She even added desert at no charge. Certainly did not need to do all of this, however it is greatly appreciated. Now that is above and beyond.

Samantha our waitress was amazing. Celebrated our anniversary and she made it extra special. Everyone who waited on us was amazing. Great experience from the food to the atmosphere was perfect. The drinks did not disappoint. Thank you
