We had food credit here so we finally gave it a try. It's located on the first floor. Once you walk through the front entrance and follow the wall towards the buffet you'll see it. You order at the kiosk, put your number in, wait to get a text message that your food is ready and then you wait in line.I liked that there were options for pizza, sandwiches, Chinese food and even fish and chips which is what we got. It was also nice that you can see the entire menu on the kiosks outside and inside of the food court. The prices were to be expected from a casino (pricey) but coming on days that have food credit helps! The fish and chips was the best value in our opinion because you get three LARGE flakey pieces of fish with fries. It was plenty for two people. You get unlimited condiments as well. They will give you bottled water but as a pro-tip, if you find a beverage cart on the casino floor you can just get a free drink to go with your meal instead of paying for it here. There were two women who were giving people their orders and they had great customer service and had a contagious happy attitude. Even when casino goers were being rude to them they patiently explained how the ordering process goes and gave estimates on when their meals would be ready.

Not much ambiance here. You order through the multiple kiosk stations setup for both players and visitors. If you have a player's card, swipe the card and use any comps you may have available. If you are not, you pay with your credit card. When you open the menu, remember that you can scroll down to see more choices. I somehow didn't see this the first time I ordered here and just got whatever was on the first page. If I remember correctly, you don't have many options to customize your selection. I, for one, can't have onions. When I order a sandwich from places like Jersey Mike's, etc., you can customize your order. If you need something special, double check the kiosk or go up to the pickup counter right after you order to try to get it made the way you like it. They have free refill fountain drink machines with some specialty sodas as well. You'll see a lot of players from the casino floor coming in with whatever container they have in their hands and get refills as well. Honestly, if I owned the casino, I'd let them continue this as I'm sure they are donating to the one armed bandits. The also have a walk up counter that faces the casino but that doesn't seem to be open that often. On our last trip, I tried the fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely get it again. Hope you find something you like and...enjoy!!!

Worst place to eat. I waited 15 minutes in line to order at the register and they tell me to order through kiosk if I'm paying with the credit card. There should be a sign to tell me that. The food was terrible and overpriced. Stay away from this shxx hole.

This food court is located inside Yamava Resort adjacent to Serrano Buffet at the lower level.Dining area has many table seatings accomodating more diners but still not enough like tonight being Black Friday night. Some tables are not wiped down after every use cause the table we had was so sticky and had food crumbs. Just hoping when it's a busy night or day, there should be a regular staff just for making sure tables are wiped down !We had still a wait for our buffet reservation time.We decided that we order some appetizers like onion rings or fries.Upon ordering from the kiosk ordering stand , it said wait time is about 20 to 30 minutes. We didnt want to miss our reservation time so we end up canceling our ordersThis review is for the cleanliness of the dining tables as I had experienced tonight.I will be back again to try the food here!

One of the highlights at Tutu's Food Court is the staff members who still believe in great customer service. I've been frequenting this food court at Yaamava Hotel & Casino to redeem my weekly food credits and an occasional Sugar Free Redbull for the drive home and I cannot commend Terri enough for her hospitality, patience, and knowledge of her job. She is a team player who's always willing to help with a smile. Thank you Terri for always smiling and offering superb service! Without you, my 5-Star rating would be at most a Low 3.You're 100 stars in my book!

Whoever stated "their food isn't that bad" is lying... I recently visited Tutu's Food Court over Mother's Day weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was not so great. I was expecting more out of a food court that feeds so many casino patrons. My sister and I were looking for a quick bite and ordered the battered chicken strips with sweet potato fries and my sister ordered a Philly Cheesesteak combo. Ambiance: When you think of Tutus, think of what you would consider a Ghost Kitchen. Screens at the front of the restaurant you order off of, no customizations. Very cookie cutter. The only person you see in the front is the person who hands you your order after receiving a text message to your device. Food: The chicken strips were huge, GMO huge! The taste however was quite disappointing as I was expecting a crispy and savory coating, but instead, it was bland and unappetizing. The coat was very floury and dry. Philly cheesesteak my sister ordered was sad. It had a few ounces of mystery meat and oily bell peppers. Aside from being skimpy, it also lacked the flavors that one would expect from a Philly cheesesteak. The meat was dry and the cheese was barely noticeable. I was left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. Verdict: Overall, I would not recommend this food court to anyone looking for a tasty. Save your money and skip.

The food at this food court was not good. Both my husband and I ordered the 2 item Chinese entree. The fried rice was cold and stale, the orange chicken was mushy, and the broccoli beef tasted like it was sitting out for hours. Shortly after, I took a few bites my stomach was hurting. Never again will I eat there! Overly priced for poorly made food.
