To start mentioned an allergy to person taking orders her response was I don't know if that's in that but It probably isnt. Probably? Instead of checking. Probably could mean death. Anyways, Absolutely horrible quality. Like inedible. Meat clearly cooked multiple times over multiple days then served. Clearly no care at all and manager could care less. Luckily he was here so I could be refunded but Every review on this location is true. If reading these reviews just believe them and save yourself the time, money, and disgusting food.

I was very disappointed at this Waba grill worse one I ever been to. Forgot to give me the veggies and when they did the jalapeños and carrots were moldy. The rice was hard and chicken cold. They definitely don’t pride on customer service when I called to let them know they just said ok like this is acceptable. This place needs to be reinspected to get to certain food standards.

the chicken I ordered was overcooked. This is the second time in a row that it has happened. The place seemed unorganized. I dont think I'll be returning to this location. I usually like waba grill but I can say the quality at this location doesn't match up to others.

4/22/25 after 5pm. A lady made my food with barley any chicken and very little sauce. Needs improvement on portion and customer service. I was not happy with my order.
I feel bad saying this, but this is one of the dirtiest Waba Grill’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to this exact location for years and it wasn’t always like this. Also, the maintenance just isn’t up to par. I don’t see how this place has an A. I literally witnessed the owner cough in the food..

Probably one of the worst waba I've been to. Thought I'd give them another try but it wasn't any better this time. Chicken bowl 90% of rice and 10% chicken. Chicken is super dry. My online order did not include anything I asked for. I will never be back again.

I wanna give this place a 0 out of 5 stars they treat there employees who have been there for over two years like trash and have no respect for them the food is disgusting and usually has been sitting for a long time and there produce is usually not fresh. The kitchen is always dirty and they have illegal employee working there who run out the back door every time there is an inspection.
