Probably one of the worst waba I've been to. Thought I'd give them another try but it wasn't any better this time. Chicken bowl 90% of rice and 10% chicken. Chicken is super dry. My online order did not include anything I asked for. I will never be back again.

I wanna give this place a 0 out of 5 stars they treat there employees who have been there for over two years like trash and have no respect for them the food is disgusting and usually has been sitting for a long time and there produce is usually not fresh. The kitchen is always dirty and they have illegal employee working there who run out the back door every time there is an inspection.

Exceeded expectations! Dining room was tidy and service was exceptional. I was treated kindly and efficiently which is rare these days. Food was great... will definitely be putting this place on my weekly rotation

Came in for a Waba Bowl yesterday and when I arrived home there was hardly any meat in the bowl it was mostly all rice I’ve never been to any other Waba grill and had this happen was severely disappointed because I purchased 2 bowls and basically paid $23 for 2 bowls of white rice. Very disappointed will not ever return
I need my refund. I had hair in my food chicken was cold and pink unsanitary. Place needs to be evaluated for health standers. Salad was old and yellow. I had tho throw $15 in some change.

I live here in Highland and I've been to this place only twice, because the first time it was horrible!!! I decided to give it a second try today, but yes, once again it was horrible!! I asked for the chicken extra well done and the dumplings also extra well done, but these people are RE-T-A-R-D-E-D or just don't care. They are lazy and can tell they hate being there. Also the asian lady fixing her hair in the kitchen, disgusting!!!! The fridge no drinks and almost empty... They have sooo many bad reviews, but I guess they don't care!!!* I always go to the one in Fontana, and I guess I will continue to go, because they have excellent customer service and the food is really good.
