When I entered this place, I already could tell it was very unpopular and had the same song on repeat and it was kind of annoying. And when we first went inside, we sat there for about 10 minutes and handed us water and didn’t say anything and walked away. The service was just not it. It was very understaffed and I felt like we would’ve been sitting there for at least 30 minutes until they finally would’ve took our order but we got so impatient we decided to leave.

I've been to this place about 7 or 8 times. The food, pricing and atmosphere are great, on the other hand the service is awful. Every single time I've entered the place it takes 15 min for someone to even acknowledge us. Understaffed and unprofessional. Sadly yesterday I called in to place a pickup order and I hung up after sitting on hold for 10 min. Unfortunately that was it I'm done with them. Best of luck

We came to great American Grill on Saturday to celebrate Valentine’s Day because we wanted to beat the rush. There wasn’t many people when we went. We got there early at five so that was a given. Service was extremely fast and food was great. I just wish that we were given more attention by our server Riley She was quick to take our orders but once we got our food, she never came back to ask us if the food was good or if we wanted another drink, she seemed more interested in the other party that was slightly bigger than ours and was catering to them more than to us. I just expected more from her given that she only had two tables to wait.

Beat burger in the Central Valley. Bursting with char broiled flavor and distinctive taste of good quality beef. Wish the salad was as good. It needed to be served wet, with fresh lemon in the dressing and Cold not warm. Wine was excellent. Good. Choice. !!!!!

Karisa was so sweet but pretty much by herself, so service was slower than it should have been. Food was spot on. The Brussel sprouts were great, meatloaf great, and chicken protein bowl, do not look on website for menu, it has changed and menus do not match. Overall, great people, great food. And don't forget dessert.

We found this place while traveling through. I had the bruschetta, my daughter had the chicken sandwich and my friend had the hamburger. The fries were absolutely to die for and all the food was very good as well as the service was excellent. If you weren't 3 hours away I would be going back there.
Our local favorite. Good people and great food. Love the meatloaf and the salmon is always good. Highly recommend

We drove a long way to eat here but they close earlier than their hours say. I think they’re closed on Thursday or perhaps they’re closed at 7 or 8pm and not 9pm like it says. We’re here but they’re not. Maybe they went out of business, the parking lot was empty.

I have eaten here many times and I’ve always had a great experience. Some servers are more enthusiastic than others but they are overall happy to help. The main reason for my review is because I recently booked our office Christmas party here, it hasn’t even happened yet, but I had to brag about Casey! He was so helpful, funny, and patient in helping me make all the right choices for our Christmas party. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and kept it in our budget. His service and adaptability is what every business should be looking to hire! I can go on and on but seriously, Great American Grill is lucky to have Casey and he will be one of the many reasons we keep coming back.
