I recently made a big order of several dozens of Pastel de Nata, and they did not disappoint! They were perfectly sweetened, and extremely delicious. Everyone that tried them loved them! I will keep coming to this bakery as they make high quality baked goods, and their service is phenomenal.

Never a good experience, We live in an other town and when we pass by Hilmar we try to get bread but Maria the owner always acts wired! Not sure but I think she's racist or likes to discriminate people.

I've always wanted to check this place out, I drive by it all the time, we'll I finally was able to the other day. I was quite disappointed. I guess I expected a fully stocked bakery with freshly baked goods and an amazing aroma. There was some egg tarts up front by the counter, bagged sweet rolls and bread on one shelf and another shelf with canned goods like tuna. The refrigerated section had a few things but mostly empty shelves. I may have come after a big rush or something (around 1:30pm) so I will give this place another shot earlier in the day next time. I got a bag of sweet bread and tried the egg tart. The bread is good, the tart was burnt on the bottom.

Those dinner rolls are addicting they are so yummy! I bet everything is delicious, but their dinner rolls are uniquely fabulous. Tender, slightly denser and more generous than a Parker House roll, they are great fora Sunday dinner... Then make a fried egg sandwich with them the next morning! Yummmmmm!

I didn’t catch her name, but we went there yesterday in search of Sao Jorge cheese and unfortunately they didn’t have any. The lady said to come back tomorrow 3/26 and they would have more. We were on our way out of California headed back to Idaho, but decided screw it we can stay another night. We got there at 7:45am and not even 3 steps into the door she recognized me and asked if I was the one that asked about the cheese! I love this place. This is the 3rd time going there and I always feel welcome and right at home. Thank you for the delicious goods! ❤️
