Picked up a little taco variety from Jefez that including their surf n turf that had chorizo and shrimp, and the other tacos were asada, Al pastor and carnitas. The 4 tacos were $10.50 and came with salsa on the taco and grilled onion and jalapeño on the side. All tacos were crispy, hot and delicious. My only regret was not ordering more!

Hands down the best tacos burritos and Mexican food around Hilmar and Turlock I have tried them all not only do they get your order right but it was always good and always consistent I have to limit myself because it is that good. The super carnitas burrito is fire 🔥 the truck is clean very respectful and great people that run it. I honestly don't go anywhere else you know what you're going to get at jefes always the best!

I ordered a basic carne asada Burrito Supreme. The size was nice, not overly filled with "filler", plenty of meat! Their salsa packs a punch and their Asada is the "bite sized" cuts not the long steak like cuts.

The Surf & Turf Taco might be the best taco I've ever had. Hands down. Asada burrito was VERY good too l, had an awesome flavor. Good thing I don't live around here because I would be addicted.

First time trying these guys. THEY ARE KILLING IT! I am not sure I have had a better burrito anywhere. I got a wet burrito and 2 shrimp/chorizo tacos. Truly, could not have been better. As Arnold said "Ill be back"

So I never ever ever write reviews, however I live in Hilmar and I was craving a really good asada super burrito and didn’t want to go across the street to Taco Bell. I also wanted a burrito that I could split between 2 lunches. So I decided to try this place. The flavor was good but the burrito itself was disappointing. It was small, I got one bite with sour cream, there was very little rice and beans and I’m not quite sure where the salsa was. Half of the inside was tortilla. I’ll be honest I don’t mind paying for great food but this burrito was definitely not a $10 burrito. Not sure if I will try again… the can in the photo is for size comparison.
